Very interesting.
A plot near Golf "Cores" "is appeared" on ground with 40 feet "rods" on both sides must be an amazing "sight" to make a home. BTW this Golf "Cores" is now a mini golf "cores" of just a few kanals. (Some pun intended.) |
Abdul Hameed replied on Friday, July 3, 2009 10:31 PM PST
Mr. Reader I am not selling Golf Cores its a plot only. If you have lack of Knowledge, see Bahria Town mape for this location. I think you need a Visit of this area.
If any friend is interested to buy this plot. I recomand him to Visit there ...first. |

This area and plot is fully developed with roads as mentioned in BT map. For further Inquiry, call BT LHR Office and see BT Web Site. |

Interest is haraam and is one of the major sins in Islam, which can never become halaal at all. There is no argument or difference of opinion on this issue. Whoever makes a difference or dispute on this issue has differed from Allaah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
The seriousness of “interest” is shown by Aayaat of the Qura'an and many Ahadeeth of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him):
Allaah says;
278. "O you who believe! Be afraid of Allâh and give up what remains (due to you) from Ribâ (usury) (from now onward), if you are (really) believers." Al-Baqarah.
And Allaah says:
275. "Those who eat Ribâ (usury) will not stand (on the Day of Resurrection) except like the standing of a person beaten by Shaitân (Satan) leading him to insanity. That is because they say: Trading is only like Ribâ (usury), whereas Allâh has permitted trading and forbidden Ribâ (usury). So whosoever receives an admonition from his Lord and stops eating Ribâ (usury) shall not be punished for the past; his case is for Allâh (to judge); but whoever returns (to Ribâ (usury)), such are the dwellers of the Fire they will abide therein." Al-Baqarah.
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
“a man's eating of a dirham of interest is worse than his committing adultery thirty six times” reported by Imam Ahmad.
And he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the one who takes the interest, who gives it, who writes the contract and the two who witness it, and he said these are all equal. Reported by Muslim from Jabir (may Allaah be pleased with him).
One common question is that, is interest permissible for those who live in a non-Muslim country?
Whether we live in a Muslim country or a non-Muslim country interest can never become permissible, in fact living in this country has a much higher standard for many people than if they had to live in a Muslim country. And people who make the interest permissible in this country would do the same in a Muslim country because the economic system of Muslim countries is no different from non-Muslim countries.
May Allaah help and guide us to do all that He is pleased with.

Very intersting debate. We are talking about interest and giving quotations from Hadith and Quran. Can the writer tell whether the intention of Quran or Hadith was with reference to present day Interest or something else. If the reference was to present day interest , then what about others sins which have far more serious consequences in the society than interest. Consequences of intetrest could be just economic to the society. But look at other sins like INJUSTICE , Heroin , iliteracy , unequal distribution of weath in society, one family living for entire month on Rs. 6000, and so on & on.
I would ask the respectable readers of this site that the MUSLIMS have suffered and are suffering beacuse of the closed mindedness and misinterpretation of quran and hadith by our mullahs who predominantly are educated on a 200 yeras old course and syllabus. They even do not know where the moden world is today and are moving in circles around petty things.
The critics of the interest should come up with a practical solution to the problem. Not just criticising but to suggest a practical alternate. In today's world suppose a needy needs money. what should he do. where should he go.
My intention is not to heart anyone's feeling but to have a healthy debate. |

Brothers,
Eating Riba is Haramm, there is no doubt in it but there is differencs in openion for any one who is bound to pay interest/riba.
For example in his mortgage payment, bank loans, overdrafts and may be in insurances like car insurance, home insurance which is must in foreign countries.
Mr.Javed Ahmed Gamdi has explained it very well, may be he must have something about this on his website. |

For a time being Peoperty is Low and it is the best time to buy. I shall divide the Property in 3 Parts
Investnt Grade
Like File or Societies which are so far off that Poupulation is not reality
Interemediate Grade
Like developed or semi developed and you may find some scope in 5 to 10 Years
Mature Property
like Those which You can maKe Home and People are already Living there
Inm this negative sentiment If You invest in Mature Property that will be best, Intermediate Grade is Good Too. But i shall not Invest in Investment grade.
The way inflation is going on in Long Run Like in 20 yeats people will Laugh that I Bought This Plot in NFC 2 or Central Park in 12 Lakh But now You can Hardly buy 2,3 Nice Suits in 12 lakh |

there is a great Pakistani restaurant on 33rd street between broadway and 7th Ave. It is one block from Penn Plaza. The restaurant is called SALT AND PEPPER. There is also a Pakistani restaurant right off 5th Avenue on 27th Street. It is between 5th and Broadway.
That is my area so I know it well. I am not sure how much you want to pay for a room. Manhattan is not cheap. |

P Block was best but it has Litigation Problem next is S Block and 3rd Best is Q Block Near commercial But some Plots near Village and Towards the Barki Road are in litigation.
Take care to Know Litigation status before Buying, Though it looks DHA will be able to Take over Most of Land,
Q Block Commercial is almost developed and will be hot center for Trading in Future.
The Blocks after the Main Bluvard Like 1/3 of Q T U X are Not yet developed. Main Bluvard is levelled but still Crapetting is Not done. There are many Cheap Plots in litigation area but Good Location clear plots are very less for sale. And that too at high prices. Due To some reason W and V Blocks which were rated very high in begining due to Vacinity of Golf Course are also available . |

One should not interfere in something if he doesnt know about it. For import/export etc. LC is opened with a bank so the bank guarantees that the Seller will be paid on delivery of goods. |

Ejaz replied on Saturday, July 4, 2009 12:59 AM PST
Dear Badar,
If u r in KSA and planning to resign ur present Co and come back with new Co, I will advise u to take extreme care in that:
1-Make sure that ur New Company is issuing u a Visa for Karachi Counsulate. As far as I know, the ban(without NOC even u comme with proper Exit) was for one year. So please confirm through any agent or directly calling the Counsulate of Karachi.
Dont be misguided that agents by taking money can do some thing out of the way. Dont pay anything to any body.
2-The Islamabad Embassy, till April(as I know) was asking for an NOC or three years ban(even with proper Exit). So I m not in a position to confirm u that whether the ban has been removed or not yet. So if ur new visa is from IBD, again confirm the rule directly from Embassy. Most of the time, some Pakistani Layman employed in Embassy will answer u..
3-The third option ppl were using to change the Passport. I mean if u have same ordinary type passport(not computerized) , then u have to get a new Computerized(which is must for Saudi Visa Stamping) Passport without having old passport reference on that. Another thing is NICOP(ID Card for Oversease Pakistanis). So if u have already that then the new Computerized passport without Old passport reference may also not work.
So just to avoid any hessle, confirm from the Embassy and then take decision.
May Allah bless u... |

10 Principles for a peaceful life for all Pakistani's 1. Do Not Interfere In Others' Business Unless Asked.
Most of us create our own problems by interfering too often in others' affairs. We do so because somehow we have convinced ourselves that our way is the best way, our logic is the perfect logic and those who do not conform to our thinking must be criticized and steered to the right direction, i.e. our direction. This thinking denies the existence of individuality and consequently undermines the Intelligence and Creativity that is only attributed to God. God has created each one of us in a unique way. No two human beings can think or act in exactly the same way. All men or women act the way they do because Allah has made each one of us different, with different personalities. Be patient with one another, and mind your own business and you will keep your peace.
2. Forgive And Forget:
This is the most powerful aid to peace of mind, but also challenging to acheive. We often develop ill feelings inside our heart for the person who insult us or harm us. We nurture grievances resulting in loss of sleep, development of stomach ulcers, and high blood pressure. We further aggravate stress in ourselves by remembering, and reminding ourselves of the very persons that caused us harm. Get over this bad habit. Life is too short to waste in such trifles. Forgive, forget, and march on. Love flourishes in giving and forgiving.
3. Do Not Crave For Recognition:
This world is full of selfish people. They seldom praise anybody without selfish motives. They may praise you today because you are in power, but no sooner than you are powerless; they will forget your achievement and will start finding faults in you. Why do you wish to kill yourself in striving for their recognition? Do your duties ethically and sincerely, and only seek the pleasure of Allah through salah and ibaadah.
4. Do Not Be Jealous:
We all have experienced how jealousy can disturb our peace of mind. You know that you work harder than your colleagues in the office, but sometimes they get promotions; you do not. You started a business several years ago, but you are not as successful as your neighbour whose business is only a one year old. There are several examples like these in everyday life. Should you be jealous? No. Remember, a person's life is shaped by their destiny, which becomes their reality. If you are destined to be rich, nothing in the world can stop you. And if you are destined to be poor, then no matter what you do, you will only be what you are destined to be. Nothing will be gained by blaming others for your misfortune. Jealousy will not get you anywhere; it will only take away your peace of mind.
5. Change Yourself:
If you try to change the environment single-handedly, the chances are you will fail. Instead, change yourself to suit your environment. As you do this, even the environment, which has been unfriendly to you, will mysteriously change and seem congenial and harmonious.
6. Endure What Cannot Be Cured:
Every day we face numerous inconveniences, ailments, irritations, and accidents that are beyond our control. If we cannot control them or change them, we must learn to put up with these things. We must learn to endure them cheerfully. Believe in yourself and you will gain in terms of patience, inner strength and will power.
7. Do Not Bite Off More Than You Can Chew:
We often tend to take more responsibilities than we are capable of. This is done to satisfy our ego. Know your limitations. Why take on additional loads that may create more worries? You cannot gain peace of mind by expanding your external activities. Reduce your material engagements and spend time in prayer, and introspection. It will prevent you from thinking of matters that upset you. An uncluttered mind is a peaceful mind..
8. Make Regular Dhikr:
Dhikr, the rememberance of Allah, calms the mind and gets rid of disturbing thoughts. Try it yourself. If you do tasbih, dhikr, whenever you are free, your mind will be at peace during the day. Your mind will not be easily disturbed as it was before. You may think that this will interfere with your daily work. On the contrary, this will increase your efficiency and you will be able to produce better results in less time.
9. Never Leave The Mind Vacant:
An empty mind is the devil's workshop. Keep your mind occupied in something positive, something worthwhile and negative thoughts will not plague your mind. Actively follow a hobby, something that holds your interest. You must decide what you value more: money or peace of mind. Your hobby, like social work or religious work, may not always earn you more money, but you will have a sense of fulfillment and achievement. Even when you are resting physically, occupy yourself in healthy reading or mental chanting of God's name.
10. Do Not Procrastinate And Never Regret:
Do not waste time in protracted wondering, " Should I or shouldn't I?" You can never plan enough because you can never fully anticipate all future happenings. Value your time and do the things that need to be done now. It does not matter if you fail the first time, so long as you don't leave it for tomorrow. You can learn from your mistakes and succeed the next time. Sitting back and worrying will lead to nothing. DO NOT REGRET. Whatever happened was destined to happen. Why cry over spilt milk?
Think Positive

A lesson in wisdom!
Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.
Rule 1:Life is not fair - get used to it!
Rule 2: The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.
Rule 3: You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.
Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.
Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they called it opportunity.
Rule 6: If you mess up, it’s not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.
Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.
Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.
Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time..
Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.
Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one. |

I have entered into contract with Eden Group for a 5-Marla town house in their project, namely "Eden Homes At Lake City". When there is almost 85% of Payment against these town houses has been made to them by the purchasers in this aforesaid project, the management increased the price of town houses by almost 25% on account of inflation.
I have protested with the management regarding this unjustified demand, but they are not giving any thoughts. I have requested them repeatedly to justify their demand by giving me the details, but they only demand the amount. I told them I will pay the increased amount, but they have to justify the increase. The non-food inflation has not gone so high. Further, their clause states that they will only claim if inflation raises more than 10% p.a.. The project is for 2-1/2 years, hence, if there is rise more than 25%, they can demand. Every project management incorporates the costs and keeps room for increase in the materials, labor and other factors in their price of the project. The project was launched in late 2006. The prices started increasing only after April’ 2008. The structures were ready in March’2008. Later due to some internal matters, the work remain stopped/slow down for few months and in November’2008, the management increased the price.
It is very strange, there were projects which were launched 2-6 months before this project, and some projects were launched after 2-3 months of this project, none of them has demanded or increased their price, but the management of "Eden Homes at Lake City" is demanding extra amount on account of 'Inflation'.
Actually, it is the delay in the delivery of their project and their greed; both have lured them to rob their customers.
I have already made the 100% payment on time and as per the amount mentioned in the contract and they are not handing over the possession. Now I have taken the stand and decided to not make any escalated amount. Further, I have decided to initiate legal proceedings against them.
I am looking from other customers of this project for "moral support only" and to make a forum who can stand against these types of builders, who increase the price without giving any justification.
The customers of "Eden Homes At Lake City" are requested to contact me through email, preferably. They can send me their email address or mobile nos., so I can apprise them about the latest on this subject. Kind regards,
Omer Irshad

I think Since Eden Management is divided Eden Developers are traping innocent people .. 1st they had not enough land in eden city so they changed map towice .. now it seem they have enough land to start new project .. i think they should finish 1st Eden city by giving possession which is already 5 year late .. same is happening in Eden homes at lake city ... |

DHA-Isl has become a blood sucking machine and thinks that money grow on trees and they do whatever whenever and however they like to please Brigs and Generals only. |

Adnan Bhai, Unfortunately loss on your 10 marla plot is greater than your paid amount of 4.8 Lakhs. 10 marla plots in Lakecity sells for loss of around 8 lakhs, but the funny thing is that you can buy 10 marla plot in open market at 14 lakh but the same plot Lakecity sells for 22 Lakh.
I would recommend as Salman sb said, keep your plot. You may recover your losses in the future. |

what is the source of the information you have given? If you know someone who is selling 10 M plot for 14 lakh then please let me know, I am interested. Does it include the developement charges as well? |

Here is NOC letter
No more NOC for KSA?
Dear KSA residents,
Please read attached letter issed by MOFA -KSA and share your views. I heard that NOC is no more required to re-enter Saudi Arabia if you went back Pakistan on final exit
P.S: Admin plz keep this post here for some time.

Dear Badar,
It is so pleasing............I hope it is true. Actually, MOFA has issued this letter since long time but the Saudi Embassy at Islamabad(and most probably our own Pakistani Brothers there in Embassy) were not accpting this logic and they were of the view that Either you need an NOC or wait for at least three Years for new visa even you have come on Proper Exit.
For Saudi Counsulate in Karachi, the same duration was one year. If anybody from ISLAMABAD can check with Saudi Embassy, and update here at the Forum, it will be a great help to our Pakistani Brothers.
Thank you Badar Sb for this information.

I have seen this memo one month ago, I tried to contact saudi counsulate but no one picks up the phone. I called sky link Rawalpindi, according to them noc not required every where else but in Pakistan it is requird '' special treatment for pakistanis''. From India people do not require noc many months back.

Dear Brothers,
I am working in Saudi Arabia for last 9 years. It will be a miracle if you can get a clear answer in Black & White from Saudi Embassy. Their Government Offices are no more different than our Govt. Depts. in Pakistan.

badar replied on Monday, June 1, 2009 12:51 AM PST
I come to know from our recruitmnet agent in lahore that Saudi counsulate in karachi is not asking for NOC in this case but Islambad saudi counsulate is still asking NOC. I agree with Mr Ejaz that our PAK friends are experts in creating problems for our own country men.
It is also true that people are comming freely from INDIA without NOC since long back. Better to attach copy of this letter at the time of VISA process.

Milo replied on Monday, June 1, 2009 12:47 PM PST
What I know is that this restriction had been removed in the new Saudi Labor Law (April 2006) but unfortunately Saudi Embassy Pakistan is not accepting it and they are still asking NOC.
It was the same case with Indians but since last year they are coming back to Saudia without any delay on the same passport (in some cases they are also facing issues).
It is also very starnge thing that visas (application) rejected by Saudi Embassy Islamabad were accepted and stamped in Karachi.
Even I have heard that there are some agents in Karachi who have the links for visa stamping on the same passport without NOC and without any delay (definitely with GOOOD charges).

Important Management lesson (Former President of India APJ Abdul Kalam at Wharton India Economic forum , Philadelphia , March 22,2008)
Question: Could you give an example, from your own experience, of how leaders should manage failure?
Kalam: Let me tell you about my experience. In 1973 I became the project director of India 's satellite launch vehicle program, commonly called the SLV-3. Our goal was to put India 's 'Rohini' satellite into orbit by 1980. I was given funds and human resources -- but was told clearly that by 1980 we had to launch the satellite into space. Thousands of people worked together in scientific and technical teams towards that goal.
By 1979 -- I think the month was August -- we thought we were ready. As the project director, I went to the control center for the launch. At four minutes before the satellite launch, the computer began to go through the checklist of items that needed to be checked. One minute later, the computer program put the launch on hold; the display showed that some control components were not in order. My experts -- I had four or five of them with me -- told me not to worry; they had done their calculations and there was enough reserve fuel. So I bypassed the computer, switched to manual mode, and launched the rocket. In the first stage, everything worked fine. In the second stage, a problem developed. Instead of the satellite going into orbit, the whole rocket system plunged into the Bay of Bengal . It was a big failure.
That day, the chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization, Prof. Satish D hawan, had called a press conference. The launch was at 7:00 am, and the press conference -- where journalists from around the world were present -- was at 7:45 am at ISRO's satellite launch range in Sriharikota [in Andhra Pradesh in southern India ]. Prof. Dhawan, the leader of the organization, conducted the press conference himself. He took responsibility for the failure -- he said that the team had worked very hard, but that it needed more technological support. He assured the media that in another year, the team would definitely succeed. Now, I was the project director, and it was my failure, but instead, he took responsibility for the failure as chairman of the organization.
The next year, in July 1980, we tried again to launch the satellite -- and this time we succeeded. The whole nation was jubilant. Again, there was a press conference. Prof. Dhawan called me aside and told me, 'You conduct the press conference today.'
I learned a very important lesson that day. When failure occurred, the leader of the organization owned that failure. When success came, he gave it to his team. The best management lesson I have learned did not come to me from reading a book; it came from that experience.
Pakistan managment replied on Thursday, July 2, 2009 03:55 PM PST
Despite the fact that Pakistan was the second nation in Asia after Japan to build its own satellite and send it to space (GEO), despite the fact that Karachi was the first city which had the tallest building in the surrounding region but today we are behind India and Dubai in both areas, just for the reason that we did not applied same management as described above (truth or fiction).
Latest example is JF-17 thunder fighter air craft, again Pakistan had the lead and was set to start its production at least 6 months ago but our present govt. blocked the funds and commissioning of production machines was halted, hence delaying the big success.
At this time Pakistan Air Force came forward and went to China and negotiated soft loan with China govt. and since last two days program got back to its feet. Since our govt. failed to kneel down the program, now they can be seen on news meeting with Airforce chief giving the impression that they are leading this program. And not praising those who actually developed it from 2002 – 2006 on fast track, without taking foreign loans.
Same thing is happening with all the defence production of Pakistan, there is no more news about development of missiles etc. despite the fact that India has increased frequency of missile development / testing in last one year.
We know, it is all because of funds freeze and key changes in the respective managements.
With news, I followed that the priorities of present govt. were:
1- Reduce the defence budget.
2- Freeze all development projects, be it infrastructure or defence production and development and production; which actually earns us hundreds of millions in forex and save hundreds of millions which we might have spent otherwise in procurement.
3- There have been attempts to dismantle national security council.
4- Load shedding; what we are facing today started from Swat region!!!
5- Terrorists in Swat were cornered but present govt. ordered pull out of military and than made major changes in police and civil management of Sawat. Now we have learned that local police release suicide bombers by taking petty bribes and the appointed commissioner of Sawat Mr. Javed was associate of TTP, which is also responsible for the killing of BB.
6- Import second hand buses from India because it was costing India money to get rid of its scrap! Halt growth of internet bandwidth.
7- Declare ban on construction of water dams and politicize all state institutions. While India has scaled up dams production and privatization following foot steps of previous Pakistan govt.
8- I heard now govt. is again promising to nation that load shedding will end in December! I believe them but how are they building any dam which will complete by December or they will cut the electricity of Lahore/Swat/Quetta and give it all to Karachi.
9- Two years ago Pakistan was out of IMF’s vicious circle of taking loan for servicing existing debts and was actually paying back its basic debts and we became a nation which started giving loans but today we are begging to IMF again, despite record increase in taxes. Our GDP growth was second in the world. Once Pakistan use to be investment heaven.
10- I stand shameful to see family pictures replacing, Quaid’s picture in streets and govt. offices. This is not freedom/democracy or any example of good management. We are moving towards slavery. |

Dear "Management Lesson"
The lesson from Indians that you are trying to teach Pakistani's today, was told to all Muslims more than 1400 years ago. Hadith Sharif:
""When praying to Allah, say "all my successes and good things are because of Allah's kindness and all what I do wrong is because of my own weaknesses""
I humbly request you to read and promote reading of your own teachings instead of tryin to follow your enemies.
May Allah Bless us |

Dear "Muslim" Brother:
I believe there is a Hadith that says (and I do not know the exact words and the reference, may be some other brother can help)that seek and take the good things from where ever you can get.
I honestly believe that the above-mentioned incident has a really good lesson that we should all use in our lives. |

Leader Of Our Nation
If we look at the struggle of Pakistan Movement. It was great movement many life’s have gone. Yong Muslims sister and many others paid the price of this homeland.
After sixty years on man who is having now UK Nationality. Start blaming our national Leaders & those who died for this country.
MQM Quaid has said again that there was a confusion in the minds our National Leader at the Creation time of Pakistan .(Allama Iqbal.Quaid-e-Azam and many others.)
Actually it took tens and hundreds years for our forefather to decide that Muslims of India should have separate homeland.
In 1940 at Lahore there was a unanimous resolution for separate country for Muslims of India.
Actually Altaif Hussain is confused just to gain more popularity & come more closer to Western world and Indian lobby he is raising these types of points.
Pakistan is great country and Inshallah it will become more stronger in coming time.
Problems are in every country No country is problem free. We are facing problem but we will come out of this face.
WE ARE PROUD TO BE PAKISTANI.
WE SALUTE THE PEOPLE WHO GAVE THEIR PRECIOUS LIF’S FOR THIS COUNTRY & WE PRAY FOR THEM.

Altaf Husain is a Joker!
If you saw him speaking or just heard him, you can clearly say that he is fully drunk when he talks.
Now the question is, how they move masses and get votes. the answer is, the same way that Hosny Mubarak of Egypt has been doing it. The same way taliban were doing. They scare people and make them do what they want. We all know what is happening in Karachi and Hyderabad. Any journalist, police officer, politician, political worker, community leader talks against the will of altaf (quaid), he deserves death. "Jo Quaid ka Ghaddar hay - wo maut ka HAQ-dar hay"
May be that is the HAQ they associate with when they say they are Haq-Parast.
Before altaf was "Peer" now he has been elevated to the level of god (Bhagwan). Anyone who watched Late night with Sajid Husain with Khushbakht (Bad-Bakht Chalia) as guest, knows that she said, people worship him "Loge un ki parstish kartay hain". She is not an uneducated person who does not know what she is talking about. She is well educated person and said it on public tv. |

Dear all
I am thinking to buy a 10 marla plot in NFC phase 1 or around it like UET or Valencia.
Is it a good idea or should I buy in DHA phase 7 or 6 .
I want to build this house in 2 years time.
Please comment.
Generally these days what is the cost of 10 marla double story house.
In terms of investment how good is the NFC 1.
For how much a 10 marla plot can I buy.
If someone has a plot please post your demand.
Thanks in advance.

Initially NFC was rated better than Valancia but Now Valancia is better, and reates and facilities are up. For 190 merla also explore Tariq Gardens.
All above are already populated societies but If you can wait few years to Make House then DHA 6 may be good, But all above are good properly developed and fraud free socities |

Dear Shahid bhai Its DHA 7 plot allocation file. Buyer must pay development charges too after the next ballot for DHA 7 is held. You will get a plot some where in DHA 7 against this file and after the ballot you will have option to pay development charges in three years in installments. Chances are you will not get a very good location plot against this file because not many good location plots are left in DHA 7. |
DHA Phase 7 plot holder replied on Thursday, July 2, 2009 10:32 AM PST
Dear CMY,
Where these plots will be allocated as DHA annouced all these plots by plot numbers & deleveopment charges also paid & enjoying all money without any handover but no development compeeted. itsmeans that these hanfover need 3 years more & the charges delay DHA put penalty & people will pay. |
