Dear Experts,

I've make a call to DHA Bahawalpur today as I'm interested in 10 Marla Plot there. They said the development charges are hidden till date and they will disclose them later.

I have few questions which they refused to give answer.

1. What can be the possible development charges when they demand? (Any rough idea based on experience)

2. The development charges also includes the development of scheme's roads, gates, parks etc.?

3. I cannot afford to buy a plot in cash so this is the good option to buy in installment? If this is no then what can be possible place where I can get apply for the plot on installment in Lahore?
