Khalid,
P of Phase 7 is in possession and phase 8 will take time to get possession. After possession Phase 8 will appreciate more than phase 7 but in this situation more time will be needed. If you pick up non possession plots of Phase 7 this will give you more immediate appreciation and combine it with Prism R of ten marla. After possession of phase 7 and construction start of Prism R move your investment to some other better options.
This is my opinion but experts will shed more light the issue.
