Dear Experts

What is the secure way to buy commercial and residential land in Gwadar? Which schemes are better?

Is it all through registry or there are file transfers as well like DHA?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Secure way? I'd rephrase the question to whether
Gwadar itself is a secure place to invest. So many dependents on its success. But if I had extra cash lying around which can used for a high risk - high return investment, I'd definitely go for it.

Somebody to please throw some light on DHA Bahwalpur. It's good investment or should go for Multan. Or one can buy Multan file and apply for Bahwalpur. Or should just stick to Lahore. Brothers to please give their point of veiw

I have 2 plots, one is for residential purpose and the other I will sell and will construct on the Ist plot.
Both of my plots doest not subject to zakat.
Please give comments on my understanding if it is wrong.

Zakat is payable on any investment(s) (File/Plot) with intention of Profit/Trade/Business Only.
It depends upon your intention, if the intention changes, the application of Zakat changes i.e. if you buy a file/plot to build a home and live (No Zakat) but if you change your plans to sell it anytime your get suitable price (Zakat is payable from the date of change of your intention). Rest Allah knows the best

Dear faisl,
As per my understanding and study ( I have same case), no ZAKAT on plot for residence. On 2nd plot you have to pay ZAKAT once at the time of sell (for const of home) on that selling price.however if you are frequently selling / purchasing then you have to pay ZAKAT annually.

Small confusion, please guide if someone is having proper knowledge of zakaat, sometime we buy land double size according to our requirement, like if i want to build house for me on 10 marla, initially due to lack of sufficient funds if i buy 1 kanal to get some good gain and then sale out to buy 10 marla and balance funds used for building house then zakaat will be applicable on it or not.
