Dear LRE Team,

I want to invest 250 Lac in commercial property. Can you please what can be the best option in this price range. Can you also comment on Prisim 9 commercial. I understand commercial plots 4M are available around 250Lac. Is it worth to invest in this.

Dha Phase 9 Prism is best option to invest in Commercial
Prices range in Prism 225 Lacs 250 its
On initial stage in 2016 jan dev start then price go up and give
You good profit other than Dha commercial gain max profit
I strongly suggest to invest in Dha Phase zone 1 4 Marla commercial

What is the current situation of NFC-2 ?

Ali,

NFC is good investment in low budget. having excellent
location. Just beside the bahria town , its 150 feet MB is almost touching the bahria. there is very good chance that this will be access for bahria in future. Bahria already have road for connecting that only 300 Meter road need to be built which is blocked by a Kalin. If this road is completed NFC will enjoy good profit.

But remember only MB and few main roads are completed , complete development of society will take time. NFC management is very LAZY to be honest... when would this develop no body know......

On 150 MB which is developed 1K is around 75Lac. on the back 40 lacs and inside the blocks it can be around 25 lacs or so.

what are the views about the future of Quaid & Nishtar block in sector E Bahria Town? what will be the effect of Ring road on these blocks? do you think its safe to invest in commercial property in these blocks like on MB or azam bhatti avenue.

what are the views about LRR ,I understand construction of ringroad has threaten to separate sector C from Sector E unless bahria develop some overhead bridge or underpass.how it is going to effect the bahria town?
