As predicted by Mr. CMY, good plots especially in good phases earned up to 20%. Bad plots remained stuck on price with fewer buyers. Critics might think otherwise, but I believe unless there's a major recession in the entire market these new
prices are irreversible. I'd be one of those who'd purchase a plot if prices fall.

What are the options available for 10 marla plots in dha phase 9.Location of which phase is better for 10 marla.I think mostly are on or near boundry,the few i have seen.So what are the futute prospect from investment point of view in this.
Property gurus kindly give some advice.

Any news about Possession of DHA Phase 8, Block S

We are in Pakistan on Eid. Want to know when possession of DHA phase 8, block S is expected? It has been many years now. DHA should make some efforts to give the possession.

I am not sure when will they start giving possession in phase 8. But old posts in this forum indicate at least 2 more years for phase 8. I am not sure if they will develop sector S and T first and start giving possession sector by sector or all sectors at the same time. Dear LRE

yes he will definitely develop,
it was a statement of Qureshi sb as well that BT will bear losses of almost 30% for developing GVR and Sector F, but at any cost BT will develop GVR, he said that they know the importance of GVR project and they will make it successful in near future.

just wait guys for couple of months and results will be positive.

Bahria town's all projects will be delievered as Gvr and f sector etc.I wrote about this top most of the time.Do n't sell your property for nothing.Bahria town will hand over possession in bahria orchard in DEC 2015 and next turn and focus of bahria will be GVR and F sector.please stay cool for next one year more.Do n't take malik riaz as a common developer, he is so clever and conscious of his projects, he will protect his institution at any cost.
