Comparision of DHA MULTAN VS DHA BAHAWALPUR VS DHA PESHAWAR

Comparision of DHA MULTAN VS DHA BAHAWALPUR VS DHA PESHAWAR (coming after Eid).

One thing is sure that mostly people are confident abt dha multan sucess in less time. But i also want to know abt the other two options.

Plz any one can shed some light on it.

Actually by
location Dha Multan is Far better than Dha Gujranwala and Bahawalpur.
But abt Dha Peshawar I do not ve any knowledge,

In the past there was an argument that
DHA Multan is the only DHA project in southern Punjab and will attract more investors. Now, DHA Bahawalpur will definitely affect DHA Multan from investment perspective. DHA Bhawalpur is on installments of 3 years and balloting will happen soon to make it successful. In my opinion, 10 marla option in DHA Bhawalpur in installment is a good option.

Actually in Multan schemes those are launched in the past like Wanda town 1,Wapda down 2, Wapda town extension,model town,Fatima Jinnah town,Buch villa.There rates are between 4-8 lac but except Wapda town 1 no one is populated.Even then the rate is high and is growing.It means that Multan people are like investment in new schemes and every good scheme is getting good response.
And people understands that
Dha Multan is mother of all of these schemes.As people ll start seeing anything physically on the ground they ll go to it and in my view this scheme ll grow a lot in future.

DHA Multan, they should wait as launch of DHA Bahawalpur will definitely effect the market of DHA Multan....as people of SOUTH PUNJAB have two options now....demand of Multan will shrink and also its price

Location wise Multan is better and project is huge. Plus in future it can easily outshine Wapda town, where 1 kanal atm is 1.2 crore approx.

Sorry i mean to say 10 marla in bahwalpur will be better option as compare to 1 kanal as said by Ahsan Ali.

Also if some one has any information when commercial of
dha Multan will be luanched?. Any one having some information plz share. I mean after how much time of residential balloting, commercial is announced? Considering previous history of dha. (After 1 year of residential balloting ?) A rough guess.

Rashid, three principles, diversify, always stay away from lda and unknown societies, plot is always better than file, earn less and safe, phase 9 is not two years investment, the amount of money you will make in prism in two years, you will probably make more in phase 7 in one year, my opinion, buy 1kanal in y or z block phase 7, price will appreciate well after possession, and 1 kanal in nfc2.

Bahria Town

Dear Members,

I am looking to buy 5M or 8M commercial plots in the vicinity of Effel Tower, Sector E, Bahria Town. Can anybody share some advise is this going to be a good investment? I can see that this area is developing and there is development in progess while Effel Tower as a tourist attraction already in place? Would it bring good return in future?

What about the prices? Any body has a plot he want to sell?

Phase 9 Z1& Z2 commercial 8 Marla Plot

After three to five years, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 commercial 8 Marla Plot prices are more than phase 6 MB, phase 3 Y block and Phase 5 CCA Phase 8 including Broadway insha allah.
Phase 9 commercial are most hot cake next feauture due to its total area & location.
If some one wants to investment in commercial property and not need urgently plaza on plots, Phase 9 Z1& Z2 are most suitable place that capital return ratios will be higher than any other DHA area as well as its rented income.

Please check total residential area of phase 9 and its. Please check its low cost
prices and specialty Z1 location 150 fit road around. As I said above reasons if someone has time three to five years, and contain Capitale gain its best potential area in dha Lahore. Rest Allah knows batter.
