Prices of Bahria will increase alot. only Rafi, Iqbal and Tulip extenstion is having chance of getting affected as per the marking in Bahria for expected LRR route. Best time for investment. Bahria will enjoy 2 interchanges, one from the back of Golf view/ Nargis and other through Bahria road to Multan Road from Sector F which will touch the bigger interchange at multan road.

LDA Avenue 1

AOA,

My original plot was in litigation and was awarded an alternative plot in LDA Avenue. I was given a Challan form to submit development dues before 30th June. Somehow, I missed the deadline. Could anyone please help what is the process now?

Apply for alternative plot with all original documents , LDA will charge fine for not paying on 30 the June and will allott u your plot

4 marla commercial plot

Hello gurus,
I have a budget of 20 million and I'm looking to buy a 4 marla commercial plot in DHA. I also hold a 1 kanal ivy green plot worth ~75 lakh. Should I keep ivy green and buy 4 marla commercial in phase 7 or sell ivy green and buy in Prism oval complex?
I can hold for around 5 years.
Please advise.

Sell Ivy Green to add money to your budget to buy Prism OC inner circle at 120 feet road for approximately 240 lacs

No one from dha 6 or 7 will go near Berki Pind/BRB just to do designer cloths shopping and banking in DHA7 commercial. Only expected to have chicken shops and tandori roti.
