Bad location 10 marla plot in phase 9 (due to budget limitation) or 1 kanal file in DHA multan..... which is better from investment point of view....

Dear LRE Team, kindly also advise if I want to sell this one and buy a better location within same R Block , then when is the good time to do so?

Should I sell it now and wait for market to come little down and then buy again ? or

Should I just sell and buy now at the same time?

I can put max 3-5 lac more in my investment.

A and B both are good. Multan will probably be balloted first so a better short term investment. But Gujranwala will gain more in the medium to long run.
