Difference between Allocation Letter and Intimation Letter

Dear Experts, CMY sb ,Jameel Sb , Block B and all other. Please tell me what is the difference between intimation letter issued by DHA and allocation letter. I will be thankful to property Guru

Intimation letter is to inform you that you will get allocation letter or if you have a allocation letter a plot no intimation tells you what plot you got and how much development charges have to be paid. Once you pay all development charges you get an allotment letter.

Transfer charges for 1-Kanal & 5-Marla in Prism

Salam LRE staff,
I've recently purchased one-Kanal and 5-marla plots in Phase 9 prism. Transfer is due in coming week. My agent has told me that DC value has been increased for Prism plots after 2015 budget so charges has been increased.
Can you please provide me the detailed break-up of 1-Kanal and 5-marla charges (transfer fee, CVT, stamp duty, documentation etc.)in Prism after the budget announcement?

Total Transfer Cost For One Kanal :183000/-
Total Transfer Cost For Five Marla : 56500/-
