DHA Phase 7. Blocks Y, Z1 Near to Bedian Road.

Dear Experts,

I am planning to buy a plot in DHA Phase 7 Blocks Y or Z1 Near to Bedian Road for building home in future. Please guide will there be any developments on bedian road and if these blocks have entrance towards bedian road ?

The whole phase 7 is gaining from the past few weeks due to nearing possession for these blocks. Blocks Y and Z are good options. You must have heard that there is going to be a Kidney & liver hospital constructed (work already started) which will get its access from Bedian road. In additional, in near future, Lahore Knowledge Park construction activity is also going to start, which will also be connected via Bedian Road. I think that's the reason, why prices in Z1, Z2 and Y blocks are increasing rapidly. Good luck to you too.

I have plot in Phase 5, M-block.Today, one dealer called me and said that your plot worth is 135 Lac due to fast development happening in this phase. Electric polls and transformers have been installed.
As, I am in overseas kindly update me regarding development works in M-block, phase 5.

Their is no such that thing which ur agent saying
It's just because of closeness of prism B block
They are trying to sell their stock otherwise when
Their is correction in prism the price of 5 M block also goes down.
U can easily get plot in 5 M in 110.

The reason is "Overseas" buyers at the moment. The prices are appreciating almost everywhere but the real picture will emerge once dealers & big investors offload their plots in the market.

@Ahmet; issue is that if I purchase plot in DHA 9; then this will cost to me 42 to 43 lac and I will have to also pay development charges of 9 lac and possession will be expected minimum 4 to 5 years.

I have talked with broker today. He told me to have a wait. They have acquired more land there. IA you will get good gain in 3 to 4 years.
