Road Width in DHA town 9

Can any body tell me what is the minimum road width in the phase 9 Prism for Kanal Plot and 5 Marla plots and what is the minimum road width in DHA town 9 for 5 Marla Category.

HELLO TEAM ,

what is good location for 4 marla commercial in Prism ? for gains in 3-5 years time ....

whats the rate now ? do you think it will go down any in near future ?

I believe Phase 9 commercial will correct soon. DHA 9 will take 5-8 years or more to populate and commercial is only when there is population.

Avoid 9 Prism Commercial for now.

brother there is no market value...people just offer 30 to 31 lac for these plots as no development has begun...im on the same ship and have a plot in alamgir which suffers as much as sheikh saadi.. i have also given premium on it in boom days..so no choice to hold it and pray for bahria to have some SHARAM, HAYYA AND ETHICS :)

on ground plots are performing very well like ghaznavi , tipu etc.. but alamgir, sheikh saadi will only pick up if they start development...presently it seems bahria doesnt have the land and there also are rumours that they will relocate these plots somewhere else...lets see what happens

Just hold your plots as these plots will be on ground within 6-12 months and
prices will shoot up. Moreover, you will never be able to buy back anything in such price ever. These are last plots in this price in such a society. Moreover, if sheikh saadi and alamgir gets developed than these blocks will be more hot than ghaznavi as thier map plan is more superior than ghaznavi and having mall, parks, arena, plus NFC 2 will be connected wih Sector-F through bahria's road from Multan Road and the Biggest interchange of LRR Southern Loop on Multan Road will be 5 minutes drive from Sector F.
So relax and hold.
Ab to iss price mein kahin file bhi nahi milti developed society mein.

I heard the market of both Islamabad and Lahore is very down because MR main foucus is in KARACHI today. MR has made fool to the public of LHR AND ISLAMABAD. Sale lot of
files there without land

Now he is making fool to Karachi people. He will complete first two to three projects in Karachi rapidly in order to win the heart of people.

After that when he will launch new project in Karachi. People will trust him blindly and invest their hard earned money with his projects and MR will become billonare in Karachi also.

After that he will shift this intention to some other cities of Pakistan.

Dear KSA bhai, i live in bahria, I have seen it, road have been carpeted in GVR behind Nargis Block, Light Polls have been installed, Foot Paths in process. Villages have been bought on the way towards raiwind road.
Even you can see this area on google earth, although it is 4 months old on google earth, but u can see the shapes of Lakes on the left side of Nargis and back side of Nargis.

Dear Aali bhai,
Since last 6-8 months a lot of houses started construction in Nargis and is getting populated day by day. Many houses are astarting also. Minimum Price of worst plot is 45 Lac and best plot is around 60 like park facing etc. If you can hold it then please hold, as
prices are hiking in this block due to golf view and LRR interchange at 500 meter behind GOlf View. Further, Bahria is also taking care of this block for beautification as this will be the gateway of Golf View which is their premier project.
