When development will start is only known to DHA admin. No date announced yet. DHA have already collected development charges.

DHA Rahbar phase 2 is a very good housing society from investment point of view managed and developed by DHA. Many houses have been built and many more houses are under construction. Jamia mosque has been built and parks are being developed. Very calm and pollution free environment in the society. Worth living place for middle class families with small Budget.

Rasheed sahib you might have visited DHA Rahbar phase2 in the darkness of night, as you could not see Khana-e- Khuda in H block and different houses in G, K, L, H and J blocks.

A mosque is under construction in H Block Phase 2...if you even google map,
more number of houses are built in Phase 2 than in phase 1.....
