As per this link; the Bahria Town main focus is to make karachi project successful at any cost. They are mentioning in this ad that we have purchased all lands from private owners not from Government. They are liar. I will request to Karachi guys not trust on BT. They are big frauds.

I'm effecti of GVR. They have no lands and sold the files.
They forgot about Green Valley, F Sector and GVR.

Please donot trust on them and not spend your hard earned money with their projects. As we are suffering a lot to invest our hard earned money with them.

We are in big trouble.

KARACHI: Allotments of massive business and residential projects have been canceled by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) after the accused arrested in connection with Lines Area Development Project case made startling revelations.

Allotments for two marriage halls were also canceled and the land has been reverted to the ownership of the government.

According to sources, officials had unlawfully allotted the small-sized plots to various owners and got all of them merged into a large land unit. Later, a residential project was approved to be built on this big chunk of land.

The sources estimated the cost of the recovered land in billions.

I don't think BT can make Karachi projects successful until unless they finish the pending projects in Lahore and they recover their spoiled reputation.

I am sure this is in the knowledge of BT that they have to make their previous projects successful for the success of future projects.

@E.A u know i used to think the same thing about completing the lahore project but try tellin that to the guy who made 10 caror with 1 caror investment 6 months ago from Karachi Bahria. Naeem ahmeed made over 40 caror.

bt dosent need to make any thing sucessful all they need to do is to throw 10 billion or so into the market the rest of the 30-40 billion comes from us unknowing investors.

Since many people here on this forum are impressed by your deep knowledge and unbiased analysis about Bahria Town Lahore, i would like to ask you scope of unballoted sector F
files as I got one and have paid 5 installments uptill now.Once I realised there is nothing on ground from BT, i stopped paying installments.now if I talk to Orchard staff, they say Sector F is on our priority abd ballot would be conducted before Eid ul Azha.

Could you please guide me what shall i do regarding my kanal file in sector F?it is not yet cancelled by BT and as per staff at BT orchard, Bshria will give me chance to depodit remaining installments before conducting ballot.(although i dont believe there words).

@code since you have submitted 5 instalments your kinda stuck, you should pay instalments and ask for a plot on ground if no then i belive they might make a few plots for people who have paid full instalments after some time, or you could pay the instalments and ask bt to give you a plot in bt orchard because the rates in orchard are more than that of Sector F so atleast you can have an on ground plot.

Dear Friends it is not all as gloomy and doomsday scenario with Bahria. In my view Bahria is a responsible and intelligent business organisation. many people live in Bahria and enjoy a life style and living standard unknown elsewhere and this includes DHA.

People who bought
files/plots at the peak are the ones who will have to wait longer to realise profits but they will.

As an investor I trust Bahria to deliver.

My suggestion is not get swayed in your opinion based on scare mongering.

Actually there are two maps, the one which is very detailed and drawn above google satellite images which is as follows

There is another map which apparently from NES Pak which is as follows

These 2 maps match one to one. According to both these maps Ring Road is 120 meters wide and it is going from the middle of Golf Course in Golf View Residencia. There is additional 50 meters land on both sides so total is 220 meters. If you run 220 meters road on Golf Course it will take up almost whole of the land for Golf Course. Also the entry from Raiwind road for Golf Course is taken by ring road itself, although it will be above bridge in that part. Many commercial and 10 marla plots in the front will be taken by the HUGE Ring Road interchange on Raiwind road, IF THIS MAP IS TRUE.

According to the above maps, Golf View Residencia is badly affected by the Ring Road. Almost whole of the land of Golf Course is taken up by the Ring Road, apart form that many plots will also come in the Ring Road. Almost all the plots in Golf View Residencia will be affected by the noise and pollution of the Ring Road. I do not know the source and truth of these maps but they are very detailed.
