what your personal views are on BT current situation, whether they are in a position to handle all these below mess:-

1) Sector F
2) Bahria Green
3) Golf View
4) Lahore Ring Road relocation

you may have the current and updated news on above.

if someone have not paid any installment on Golf
files except the premium and down payment, where he stands? he should go for installment payment or just wait and see for the project future?

@Liaqat bt knew from the very begining, i remember the day Sector E map came to me not the ploted map but the blue print of the main outines, and my first question to Al-falah plaza was what about ring road and he said dont worry malik sahib nay kuch socha ho ga, they know but still they sold plots.

@E.A Sector F on ground plots very good future coz many things there, cinema, food court, big mosque and 5 houses started and 10 more maps approved. Bahria greens = no future. Golf view lets be honest, even if LRR dosent disturb it, the map is so absurd that land aqusition is next to imposible. people asking 5-7 caror per acar :). dont worry about instalments i people who have 10
files and are transfering them without instalments or surcharge. i'd say wait for a clear pic

files? Once we do, will BT demand installments on it? Currently, at least they are not asking for installments. Thanks.

Lahore Ring Road issue and Bahria Staff / Dealers

Bahria officials and dealers used to say that Malik Riaz has contacts and he will never let the LRR pass through proposed route.

Actually, it was a plan of Bahria High level Management that as much as members let start construction on the route so that a pressure for change of route could be built on authorities if some opportunity comes.

Now when every thing is clear now even then the officials and dealers starting claiming that nothing will happen as Malik Riaz is a big gun. They are issuing and approving maps for the houses on LRR route. If someone talks them seriously and with facts and figures then they change their tone and claim that Malik Riaz will compensate the house / plot owners.
What will be the formula and system in compensation, they have no answer to it and will refer to some one else.

In short, as per policy, Bahria Town does not keep its members, officials and dealers in confidence. What ever the plan regarding Lahore Ring Road they have, only the high level management is aware of it. These directors, town planners, and the most important dealers have no information at all. They can not afford to say that they don't know anything.

mr. Kaisrani is right. @HHH once a project gets merged bt dosent demand any instalments or surcharge, it means they are trying to wind it up.

Regarding F block what are you views on commercial plots located on 150 feet road Shershah block and Gaznavi block (adjacent to master farm house) what will be the future. Currently plots available in 2 cror is that plots have worth to buy.what's the future of this investment?

@Hafiz Sajad: We did not see any announcement/news of sector-F possession. Someone advise here that it is getting delayed because of BTK project and sector-F possession is expected by End of this year.

Any idea in which block these 5 houses have started?

files as all dues payed. My only concern is it will bad if bahria put remaining sector F fully paid files near bahria orchard. Well lets see what happens. I talked to one person in Alflah building they are saying hopefully balloting will be done after Eid.

Is there a right time to purchase commercial 8 Marla or 4 Marla Plot in Zone 1 and oval complex with a high price this time because plot is more than 5 crore this time.
OR better to invest this amount in residential plots of prism 9 for 5 to 6 years.

If you have investment & time then commercial property always return batter than residential plot. Phase 9 Z1&Z2 commercial are much better choice.

In response to the post No. 74173 by Mr Ghulam Mustafa Malik on the subject cited above,

Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Malik Sharia has given the share to daughters & this right cannot be taken away by brothers on any false pretext. Though in every case there is time limitation to initiate legal proceedings but in cases of inheritance if daughters are deprived of their share from the property of father they can approach court of law anytime even if third party interest is created. I tell you with guarantee that if the sisters file case for their share no one can deny their Sharee share they would definitely get their right however it mat take time in the court but at the end of the day surely they will get their share of property. Do file case if you fail on all accounts & I'm sure that the matter would be compromised when the fraud of brother would be highlited. The Punjab Govt has introduced a law whereby depriving female legal heirs is a criminal act & carries stringent punishment. Consider having recourse to this provision of law as well. Don't leave your right ask your aunts to approach court & if they do so your father if support the case of your aunts then they would be on much higher pedestal & likely to get their piece of land soon. No body would easily give share of cake illegally obtained. It is criminal act they have cheated not only your aunts but the Govt as well by concealing the existence of legal heirs of your grand father so any building built on illegal foundation is likely to fall. The legal heirs of your deceased aunt should be arrayed as plaintiffs along with their surviving aunt and the defendants should be the legal heirs of your deceased uncle along with your father. Your father should mention in his reply/written statement his willingness to give due share to his sisters.
