I have visited colonies on canal road from Thokar to Bahria in lahore. Considering my budget and distance from thokar I finalized Nespak phase 2 site 1 for purchase of plot and immediate construction. You are requested to kindly suggest me is it a right decision?

please note my budget is around 80 lac for 1 kanal.

Society is good. Approach is fantastic right on the brink of canal.
Water, electric, gas all is available. Not as clean as Izmir, but still considering price I reckon it quite good buy.
I haven't visited there for quite some time but learnt that in A block you can get a kanal plot in 80.
My vote is Yes

Why not buy in bahria or Sukh chayn? Why settle for 2nd or 3rd tier societies?

It's good as long as you are happy with Drain smell. Drain goes right across its front few lanes. Administration has tried its best to hide it from customers by planting trees and giving it a look of canal but Drain remains a drain

Yes block B is right in terms of drain but i have also work out on this. As per my recommendation Block C of dream gardens is far from drain and no drain impact on block C.

I am planning to purchased 10 Marla Villa on 1.5 year Installment from Zaamin group in Fazaia Housing 1 Lahore. I want to know how is the quality of material used by Zaamin and whether they deliver on time? Further are there any hidden charges? Zaamin is a committed team with on time deliveries and honest dealings. I have an excellent experience with zaamin. I think zaamin fazaia villas is one of the best options in lahore.Good luck
