Few days back I visited valencia,mohafiz town phase 2,IEP,DHA rahbar, on defence road for the sake of short term investment.I've a budget around 5 million and looking for any underprice society in lahore.

I've profound interest in Muhafiz town phase 2 as I've an option of 10 marla plot around 32 lacs in A block.As there is proposed 200 feet defence road from kana kacha to bhoptian chowk.One drawback their head office is located in ISB.So is it problem for any potential investor becaus he or she has to go ISB for transfer purpose.

I request all seniors to give input about this query.

Please If possible give some review about IEP . What is the status of this society and future prospects ?

It is better if you could see the condition of muhafiz town phase 1 on canal bank to guess about the future of phase 2. I personally do not recommend that unless you are finding a cheap option on some main road.

IEP is going at same pace. Slow steady. It is good society . I wish administration could charge more from plot owners and sp nd it wisely to increase value of plots. I recently sold a plot in E block and bought Phase 9 before ballot.

I have a plot in D block . I want to construct house on it next year . Is it a good society to live ? I have not visited it since long as i am in MAKKAH . Please guide me when possibly its roads leading to valencia , college road expected to be completed ?

I see a marketing push for DHA valley on media and on different blogs

This recent marketing push is based on a single interview of Malik Riaz. But people fail to understand that Malik Riaz is tightly linked to Zardari and what is going on or what is about to happen to zardari and comrades are evident.

I am a dha valley file holder.
Its been so many years that even talk of dha valley is futile. 1.5 lakh people got files on this sceme, still not even a single plot on ground

as we all know, formanities housing society is a fail society. its management failed to deliver. but its location is very good near dha 5 and 9prism and statelife. is there any chance that dha 9 acquire this for future extension. or malik riaz buy it for bahria.
i invite all the property experts to shed some light and also cmy who always has a very good inside knowledge.

There is bright chance. One approach of phase 9 is going through boundary of formanites . That road is only possible if DHA buy some formanites property.

I request somebody respected member to please throw light on Sector F commercial of Bahria Town. What is the future of Sector F commercial of Bahria Town. I bought one commercial plot in Tipu Sultan Block at 260 lac in 2013 Ramadan but then prices started to go down.
Please I want to know the current rate at present and future of Sector F commercial. Please guide what to do next.

In 2013 Ramazan, Bahria town's real estate boom was on its peak. And yes you are right that the
prices of Sector F commercial have gone down. But do not panic and hold your investment, commercial investments always pay back and pay back heavily. Consider the example of people who waited for around 7 to 8 years for physical possession of Sector C commercial, it changed their fortune. It might be the dark days for Sector F commercial holders at the moment, but there definitely is bright light ahead at the end of tunnel. Have faith in Almighty :)

Thank you very much sir for replying. Actually you are true that we are bit panic only due to the issue that Bahria has agressively moved towards Karachi so Bahria major focus is on Karachi now. Any ways Sir thank you very much for replying and give your practical analysis based on past history of Bahria.
