Prisim 9 one kanal vs two 5 marla

Hello lre team / all other experts
i am non-dha investor and also a small level contractor who purchase small old house and after renovation sale it to earn both ends meet. plz let me know for investment of 60 to 65 lacs investment

which one is better option one kanal phase 9 or two five marla phase 9 M or R block as usually small plots gain more

every one know that new schemes always take time to be developed and have population in it but there was a hype before belting and after belting there was some depression among people about phase 9 future what was the reason of such depression

now the prices has been appreciated so its good time to invest for short as well for long term or one should wait to rates come down a little

Recent price updates on DHA town have once again shown the importance of location. The plots have gained almost 8 to 10 lacs after the announcement of possession. An average 5 marls is above 50 lac.

Once construction of few houses start, there will be more gains and as some people have predicted on this forum the prices can easily hit 70 lac. Construction activity in town will also be a welcome news for Prism.

Government has given lot of incentives to builders in the budget so hopefully town will get populated in 2 years with several hundred houses. The builders can easily build two or three 5 marla houses in the same budget for 1 kanal.

I have heard people say ivy green will be a gated community but if you look at town plan there are villages inside? What are the good genuine gated communities available like askari ten? Is dha ex parkview like that?

Unfair evaluation

Dear LRE team,

This refer to your evaluation of my plot Q645 in post 74139, I want to know the reason for the plots available in your website Q810 at 77lacs and Q95 at 75 lacs but you evaluated Q645 at 63 to 65 lacs. I don't feel any much difference in my plot and these plots so can you explain the reason for evaluating it 12 to 15 lacs less than the price available on your website.

DHA Lahore admin instructions we are not allowed to post any individual ads for selling any DHA Lahore property here until you provide us your ownership proof.

Most people post fake nearby plot numbers for plots for sale here so their own plot is not degraded for stay in market for too long and when some original owner see his plot for sale here with fake plot numbers posted here by some individuals true owners rightly get very upset worried panicked and also do complain to DHA office that I have not authorized any estate agent including LRE to sell my plot online so why my plot is advertised for sale at LahoreRealEstate.Com without my approval.

We are under very strict instructions by DHA not to display or post plots for sale ads from unknown people here. We are instructed to delete them asap. LRE always uses word near to protect us from this type bad situation. If you still want LRE to post your ad please do send a proof of your true ownership of this plot like intimation or allocation letter copy with your CNIC copy and phone number etc to us. We will than display your ads with your own phone number even though we have repeatedly said and stated in posting instructions dealers and people ads where LRE deals are not allowed and not welcomed. There are dozens of free website available for that.

Any future such ads will be deleted right away without any further explanations as people keep ignoring this very important message every day but Sir we do have to follow DHA instructions as we are proudly DHA registered dealers for last 12 years.

Hussain SB. This is in reference to to invest Rs 10 lakh plan to invest this in NIT or Mezzan Bank funds.

please advise which is the right time to invest in June or July after dividend.. feedback would be appreciated...

Also which one is the a better choice if I want to invest for three years.

In mutual funds set up, it is not a good choice to go for a fixed monthly income. As far as NIT Islamic Equity Fund is concerned, it is considered ISLAMIC due to the reason that it is not fixed.
Please go through following link for general information regarding NIT mutual funds offering. If needed to discuss further, you may call their market officer Mr Mudassir Zulfiqar ( or 35875379)

The process is simple. You are required to download and print the application form of mutual fund in which you want to invest. Sign and deliver it to NIT office with a cross cheque in favour of NIT (the name of mutual fund) and CNIC card. You will be issued a receipt against your cheque. After two weeks or so, statement will be delivered at your address.
You may keep checking the unit rates online. Account details and updates are dispatched and you can also get an access to your account.
NIT Islamic Equity Fund rate is now Rs.10.40/=. Its initial offering price on May 15, 2015 was Rs.10/=. NIT is not charging its administration charges (2%) till June 31 so it is very close to its initial offering price. In this situation it is a good buy if you can wait till three years or so.
Having said that it is not recommende the investment of huge amount of 1 Million.
