It is 3 to 6 years hold time investment. New
files are issued every week so price is staying the same.

Once ballot is announced price increase in phase 1 will be very strong. Total project is 9000 acres but ballot to be held in first phase that is 2500 acres.

DHA Multan phase 1 ballot was due in 1st half of 2015. No time frame can be given for ballot. May happen in 2 months and may take 2 years. if cant wait or trust DHA Multan admin please dont buy it.

Possession of DHA Phase 9 Town

Though the DHA has announced the possession of 9 Town, but I'm told that the DHA has not yet formally started receiving application for the possession. What documents are required to be annexed with the application & is there any fee for getting possession? How much time they take in doing the needful?

Just go to DHA office and ask for documents.....

Bahria Town Lahore Sector F

Expert opinion needed for the benefit of victims of Bahria Town Lahore Sector F. What do you see the future of poor people who have invested in this scheme & paid all the amount of plot but neither balloting done nor any signs of possession in near future?

Ask this question again after 5 years Mr.Khan,bcz BT is now in real trouble .That don't have land even 2 blocks which were balloted r not with BT and rates r decreasing drastically there.Proposed LRR makes it more worst bcz land for Bahria Golf and Sector E will be consumed by it and BT management will adjust them first

@ kHAN SB just wait and hope for the best. things are not that dreadful in sector F as compared to Golf view and GREENS. I think Bahria will hold a ballot this year and hopefully start development also. just hold the file as selling in terrible loss is not an option. real estate is a game of patience.

Frankly Brother,I am in touch with some leading property dealers of Bahria Town as i have 2 Sector F kanal
files and have paid all installments ,all r advising just wait and see policy nothing else at this stage .Sector F file has dropped to 48 lac from 50 lac now.Refund policy is very bad as BT will deduct 25% plus they will give 6 months cheque so its bad idea to claim refund.I am in touch with dealers and would try to give honest opinion to all my friends here.Anyone else shouldalso share any information if they have.

frankly speaking I feel its a buying time for 1 kanal sector F file. in real estate one should make a move when
prices are low. the only way i see this file going is up from here. the day they hold a ballot this file will gain 15 to 20 lacs and once Bahria starts deploying machinery on ground it will add further...folks please hold onto these files. im considering to buy one file at this terribly low rate next month.

it is a time to hold your nerves and just wait couple of months more...Bahria Town will never let you down....one day you will exit on profit...
tell me any single project where bahira offer merging and that project file rate at the time of merging is at OWN...bahria always offer merfing where
files are in negative.....i can simply assume that bahria will never merge any file in Golf view as files from day one being traded at OWN...
again...please hold on your investments all will get benefited....once LRR will touch bahira you cant get plots there less than double the current prices...

Last month bahria officials told in a ceremeny that they must deliver sector F and golf view even they have to bear some losses there.

Plsss hold hold hold and be patience

sometimes its so wierd to see the mentality of pakistani people,,,one brand gives the a product in 20 years and they wont bitch a word about it and another brand gets a year or two late in delivery and they cruse them like hell...so sad and such pathetic people

Dear Brothers, my honest opinion is the same is hold your
files as there is no other way out.secondly when i am holding my files I can't recommend any one to sell his file. I am closely in touch with some good dealers as soon as I will get any news good or bad I will share it here.@ Mr.Omer to deliver late is not a matter but heart breaking thing is that Bahria does fraud with its customers now.Bahria Civic was total fraud , Green valley was total fraud, no one can justify these projects bcz these were just frauds

@Khan: I think you need to find reasons as why your file has not been allotted a plot Number and block number (For instance. Ghazanvi, Tipu, Shersha Suri etc...) in first balloting.

Many peoples have plot/block number allotted and some of them has sold them already(with decent own) and some are waiting for possession. which is expect by end-of-this-year.
