Hello Experts, I've been waiting for your email since 15 May but couldn't hold anymore (sorry CMY sir, I know you have been requesting to email inquiries but I couldn't help myself specially after seeing your replies here on DHA 9 plot assessment)

Its main road plot buy facing hospital location. Will be little tough to sell. Not a worst location. Its price should be in mid range.

Do hospitals also present an issue? I understood that commercial shopping areas caused parking issues, is there something similar that happens with a hospital? Noise maybe?

But I do have same question here as Rana asked, I was considering it a very good or at least a good location, coz even if it's facing hospital, it's across a 120 feet main road + not exactly facing the hospital (it's almost where the hospital ends) and really...? being opposite to hospital is that bad that you rate it 'Not worst location'
What about other features like next to corner, near to park, near to main round about etc...?
I'm not asking this against your assessment or to hear only good about my plot but just getting curious for knowledge & to correct my own assessment...?

idont know you r agent r not brother but some facts

there are commercial properties along the nalla, factories etc. even DHA planned commercial plazas on nalla you can see in the map.

regarding smell, it is not that dirty like other nallas i mean no balck water as it dont passes from the populated areas in the biggining or start of it.
air blows usually from north to south in lahore so this nalla is in south of prism 9. with commercial on the bank so no effect on residents.
this will provide ease of excess to nearby sectors

many other positive factors should be kept in mind

This means only 69% of the plots have been issued, and 31% are yet to be sold. Does any one know how those plots would come to market? Direct selling from DHA?

Nice analysis, but the OLO results are also given in the same file of 1 Kanal ballot results, didnt you include those here?

The analysis is not complete without keeping 1 Kanal total plots separate. because for 1 Kanal huge number is yet to be balloted (more than 40%)

U r not the only one I ve worst location plot as well E148. My quwstion is the proposed graveyard is on opp side so graveyard is really affecting my plot or its only village boundry?

This is show us the real Pakistani face, when I show my BSc degree in USA to get a job, they want to confirm it from "The University of Punjab" once it took 9 months to verified it and I lost the Job. This is only happen in Pakistan. LOL

@Shahbaz This is normal. Many Universities provide Academic Credentials Assessment services. One have to get this assess before seeking admission or any job.

Most of Employer does nor even look at Degrees in US & Canada. In your first interview they will know where do you stand. No one will give you job merely base on your Degree but your skills. ONLY in Pakistan we need degree to get a job.
