Please evaluate my 10 marla plot in phase 9 . R-2715. Its corner on 120 feet road but close to Nala/school.

Yes factory is close. Do visit the sight and see the factory is operational or not. Grid station is the biggest nagative
120 ft can attract some buyer. It will be difficult to sell though.

Haroon, can you really get a firm buyer at 45 Lacs for this plot? I don't think so as big road is meaningless when you get near to large Drain, a gutter and smell. Ask yourself will you buy a plot at this price there?

Thanks Mian Fawad. so its a above average plot and i can hold this plot for 3/4 years.


@ Khalid. Since i have not visited the area so not sure how big the impact of Nala i.e smell etc. One can only judge by visiting.
@Block B. I see a few shelters from google earth image which does not suggest it being a big factory. Anyhow its gate is on other side.And 120 ft road will have a dead end. Probably after phase 9 extension launch, this 120 feet road will be extended towards phase 9 extension.

Phase 9 - M Block

Greetings! I have been allotted a 1-Kanal plot in M Block. I noticed on this forum that very few people were inquiring about their M block plots. Then I came to know that the reason is that DHA is in possession of plots 0-584 in M Block.

My question is why is DHA holding on to such a massive collection of plots just in one particular block,M.

I got M690. It is strange that so many plots hold back by dha. But many dealers have negative assessment.

DHA hold plots either to bribe big people or exchange valuable land that DHA wants to buy at critical locations. Sometimes people donot sell their land and if DHA wants that land then they offer them good location plots which are held for this purposes...

As CMY told that IVY green will be developed much faster, as it is plain Land 100% Land in Hand and development will be cheaper and easier,
Previously I mentioned that main reason of slow development is Pockets [Civil Court Cases], DHA development expenses go many times as they can't claim more charges, In IVY green nothing Like this owner had already worked on Land issue. That is the reason that
prices are increasing by 10% than in Last Months Now it is hard to find average Plot 10 merla in 42 where as it was available Last Month. Actuality I was looking for investment in this Block 10 merla but being overseas sometimes we cant tap the opportunity I was also waiting for the announcement of development charges.

jameel sahib zakat payable on investments is when u sell them?or before?because its possible to pay so much zakat only when property is sold.

its not investment


properties is piece of land and zakat must be paid each year when you own them.

Now if zakat money is not available then you must sell the property and pay zakat
