Bahi sab Pind Pangali kay rate check kiyhe hain,its Village along Phase 7, whana bhi 5 lakh say kam Marla nahee hy, Dont woory Qabrastan wala bhi aik say oper jai ga, zara wait to karo

i am a Non-DHA investor like Wapda town, Valancia etc.... and no idea of DHA property

will someone let me know people seem to be disappointed when unofficial map of Phase9 was disclosed and now are happy or not.... i want to invest 6 million rupee and your guidance will be helpful for me...


Moreover people are exchanging e-mails and phone number on this site. ... how this is acceptable to LRe....being an property agent...when buyer and seller get mix with each other what role of property dealer remain there :h

Long term phase 9 (5 years+) (critical to have a good location as many bad location plots) or phase 7 on ground plot (for up to 3 years).

Aoa to all friends here .my family have 5 plots in dha 9 ,3 are 5 marla and 2 are 10 marla .I lives in usa and we bought the files in past on very good price .I talked to couple of well reputation dealers in dha and outside .and that's their assessment is (what will be there offer for next 6 months because alot of people don't wanna pay dp charges).5 marla good (corner, big road ) 29 to 33 , normal or average is 27 to 30 and bad will be 24 to 27 ..for 10 marla it's 45 to 50 for good ,42 to 47 average and 39 to 43 for bad ..for my family we r doubling our money in worst scenario. But we will at least hold all three 5 marlas
