This forum is setup by one who have been dealing with DHA from last one decade and kina specialist in DHA.

You should not expect any feed back from CMY (Good or bad), try others forums (if any) or by calling dealers those deals in that areas.

6 years ago, I bought the plot in SUI GAS 2 at the price of 22 lac. That time phase 9 file rate was 13 to 14 lac. If I bought two file which is right now 400% increase and sui gas 2 is still 30 to 40 lac.
