Plot located at boundary is not good for investment. Through passage of time, a society gets populated. What about a building a house when a society is 30 % populated? Is there any concern if plot is adjacent to a factory? Team LRE and other fellows, please advise.

Aoa to all friends here .my family have 5 plots in dha 9 ,3 are 5 marla and 2 are 10 marla .I lives in usa and we bought the
files in past on very good price .I talked to couple of well reputation dealers in dha and outside .and that's their assessment is (what will be there offer for next 6 months because alot of people don't wanna pay dp charges).5 marla good (corner, big road ) 29 to 33 , normal or average is 27 to 30 and bad will be 24 to 27 ..for 10 marla it's 45 to 50 for good ,42 to 47 average and 39 to 43 for bad ..for my family we r doubling our money in worst scenario. But we will at least hold all three 5 marlas
