A quick question, can you please give an assessment and evaluation regarding 'K' Block DHA PH9.

I can see it's close to busy Ferozpur road and one of the entry point for PH9.

I red few old posts too but no evaluation about K block found!

Whats the difference between AM/9X/5083 and 9/OL/5803. Are they same file numbers?

Also please evaluate the location of 1520 F plot(1K)

Dear Experts
Please let us understand why DHA kept hold M-Block Plots from 0001 to 0586? why these are not alloted to anyone?

This was also Noticed by some dealer and there are rumors I dont go for that as they hit investors interest.
The Possibilties are
These Plots are reserved and will given at later stage to some people or be sold in market [which is a good news to me]

Other possibility is, There are some areas in the map which are showing plots but Land is still to and taken by DHA, In DHA 7 initial maps there were 1000+ Plots which were not alloted to any and later we discovered that DHA could Not take over this area. If You make Comparision of DHA 7 old and New map you will immediately realize. People are fighting about DHA reserved and DHA excluded areas, Previously DHA even issued the maps showing plots on unoccupied land and even on existing villages.

In DHA phase 8 Opening cermony the admistrator admitted and told that in DHA 8 map we try our best to show you Plots only acquired Land so map will be looking ugly but there will less litgation issues and hopefully fast development will be there because other areas have been excluded.
I cant say certainly but DHA phase 9 is Mixture of expreiences of DHA 7 and DHA 8, If they would have sown only reality the map would be less platable.
For the people who are found of research have a look of DHA phase 7 first, 2nd and third map

Yes i agree with you Mr ABC. Why in M Phase Plot No 001 till 584 no alloted to anyone.Why DHA Hold These Plots near Main Road and Polo Ground????????

In M Block Total 584 plots in approx 10 stright lanes / streets not alloted to anyone.I think no other sector have 500 plots in stright 10 street.

DHA hold these plots so that it can give these plots against some land which is very critical to them. Like for example if DHA decide to create an underpass to link Phase M with Phase 5 and there is a land blocking the way then they exchange these developed plots with that land and get the way. If they ballot every plot then they donot have anything to exchange if the land owner is adamant to live in that locality and DHA needs those plots to make some way or passage.
