DHA Multan
1. Investors hesitate to invest in Multan. people want to build home in the longer run in Lahore,( Lahore Lahore hey bhai) or in Karachi!
2. Overseas run away when they hear they will have to go to multan twice at least.
3. The purchasing power in multan is not that hefty. The locals and the people from southern region aspiring to shift in Multan seek for cheaper societies, even if they don't get that good quality infrastructure there.
4. The local people of southern region prefer investing in on-ground plots...they are not used to file business...they have never seen such file business contrary to investors of Lahore/karachi where they have seen phases n phases of DHA being developed in front of their eyes!
5. DHA may remain very busy focusing on development in Phase 7,8,9...n may not be able to ballot DHA Multan in a year time!
Owing to above these factors, DHA Multan @ 30 lac+ 20 Dev charges =50 lac is a risky deal .....when people can get balloted plot in Prism in 70-80 lac, how can they prefer to invest in Multan @ 30 lac.....
Most of the people remember DHA 9
files dipped from 45 to 15 and then started rising....same downward risk in DHA Multan if DHA does not ballot it during the next year
