What is the current rate/value of DHA Ph-IX plot # J2240 (10 Marla). what is the location attaraction and future of this place. Should I hold or better to sell it. Can you plz extend your advise.

Best Block of Phase-9

Dear CMY, Kindly advise as which one is the TOP rated Block of Phase-9.

As per one of my close friends who has some strong connections with DHA, told me that Block-B has some 400 kanal recently purchased by DHA and will be part of the mini ballot. If this is the case, then it is most likely be DHA rather than Askari Extension. This will ultimately pave way for the direct connection between B Block all the way to M -phase-5 and eventually to LRR. This is the most and best entry point of DHA in terms of development and traffic routing.

Kindly advise as I am sure you must be intensively checking the best block and evaluating the plot prices.

Evaluation Plots!

Dear Sir,

I would highly appreciate if CMY or his expert team (Fawad, Saeed or Salman) can evaluate my plot in LHR DHA 9. (Value, Location, Future Scope, Advice to sell or keep)

Also I would like to know letter of intent can I get later without any fine penalty as I am out of country moreover what will be DHA policy for development charges for each file how much they will charge, will they make it in installment if yes then in how many years. And suppose if we pay altogether one time, will they accept and offer us any percentage discount.

Following are Plot details:

Block M - 917 (1 Kanal)
Block Q - 263 (1 Kanal)

What's the difference between AM/9X and 9X/OL

Dear Rizvi Sahib,
Its too early to evaluate your plot. We will let you at earliest in coming days. Q 263 is retain-able. Sell M 719. You must need to come physically to come collect letter. No one other than you can get it.development charges expected amount around 20 lacs payable in 3 year quarterly instalment. No Rebate is availble for lump sum payment of development charges.There is no difference between AM/9X or 9X/OL.

Thank you Salman for your quick feedback, kindly be informed that correct plot number is M 917 not 719 as you have mentioned it may be typo error or you evaluated other plot. Please confirm and if need to sell then what is the major cause?
