Hi,

I got a 5 Marla plot ( R block 1332 ). Do you guys advise to sell or hold? How's the general location of the plot.

What is the expected location of DHA town new block where fresh file holders would be adjusted?

Phase 9 Commercial area

Appx. 550 Kanal is commercial land in phase-9 prism = Appx 1100 Kanal (at least) covered commercial area while residential area is appx. 20000 kanals which means appx. 1 marla covered area for each 1 kanal residential in phase-9. This ratio is unreasonably high and will have impact on commercial prices on longer run. Just my opinion but give it a thought and share yours.

Very interesting analysis. Could you educate us that what is the normal ratio in other phases for example in phase 6, 7 or 8? Regards.

if we consider international best ratios its almost 5sq ft per person for Asian countries. For USA it is 16 sq.ft per person which means 1 marla per 16 persons = ~ 0.5 marla per Kanal which means the commercial in ph9 prism is almost double than the requirement

Niazi saheb: J-3097 for 32-38 lakh at border line with factory, 697-J for 40-41 lakh near to Border, Rohi Nala and Usman Knitwear factory,
having pollution and smell, who will buy these 5 marla at so expensive at bad locations?
It is much much better to buy 5marla plot for 40-42 lakh in 9 Town at/near border.
Don't make wrong hope to plot owners.

Guys chill, niazi is making everybody happy as since few weeks all prism file holders were in stress. ............ and i think Niazi doest not belong to any Real Estate, he might be an investor like us....

Witness if you have Good Location Plot in DHA-9 Balloting.

Dear Friends

Any one on this forum who had a very good location plot in current balloting from the allocation files.

I know dozen of friends who had average and below average but non of them had good location.

My gut feeling is all good location plots were kept for themselves and only below average were launched. If it is true you can understand what will be the end of us as nation.

After all DHA is most dignified organization

just yesterday one person asked CMY to check his five 1 K
files... and he got all excellent plots ...

well, i am very unlucky for that matter. i got 2 1K at bad locations and my brother had 1 and he got it at great location. luck or something else. but i wont cry for sour grapes.

I am very much agreed with you, I am also having the bad
location for 5 marla, I think the most of 5 marla file holder are unlucky peoples.

I am pretty much sure all those have good location plots having there links in DHA, a lot of questions on transparent balloting.

Might is Right and thats the reality.

I got R - 2253 (had only 1 file). I think it is on a reasonable
location.
