this page seems like more seller oriented. since im not a holder in phase 9. im a potential buyer in either phase 9 or 7. the prices respectable CMY is predicting is inclining me more towards phase 7 bcoz its ready for possession and lower priced ,( the lower cuttings).. what do yu think is the right time to enter into phase 9 and what is the fair price for the investor to jump in keeping in mind possession expected in 7,8 years... thanks

If my Brother want a plot in DHA in 80 to 85 Today I will advise him phase 7, It is adviseable not to go too far in Cuttings near BRB to save 5 Lac

Please add few lac in your budget and buy some better
location where possession available, ultimate this will give u much better return in all respect, to build home for yourself or rent or even for sale. I will give myself example as few years back I buy 1 k plot in phase 7 P block upper portion, at that time I paid about 5 lac more than average location plots even was tough to manage extra 5 lac but now the difference of my good location plot and average plot is about 20 to 25 lac and if make home or rented or sale always have edge but basic difference was only 5 lac at that time which I managed with difficulty. (It means 5 lac extra returned me back now 20-25 lac) Good luck

Dear CMY, Mian Fawad/ LRE Team,

I've posted this request many times now even emailed it but still no response, CMY hoping that you are free now and can reply please?

Kindly give your evaluation of my Corner Plot Ph9 P- 980. What price do you feel and prospects?


I get the feeling that the area near it will be taken over by DHA via fresh files fairly quickly as I checked on google maps and its all open area till the drain, no villages etc. Plus the shape of P Block cutting towards the bottom and east is quite strange with some other plots in pockets which probably indicates that DHA is in process of acquiring the adjoining open areas.

It is a good
location. You should not sell it till 3 to 5 years
