Dha Lahore phase 9 balloting

Salam. I m regular visitor of lRE web site. Just to clear confusion about areas excluded in dha Lahore phase 9 map. Primarily this area belongs to dha but dha has sold it to army housing scheme where future askari colonies are to be built. As the present askari 11 is also the land of dha sold to askari colonies. So its a plus point of dha 9 that it will be housing askari colonies as well which r directly managed by GHQ.

Dear CMY/LRE

I couldnot see any ballotting results of DHA town commercials on DHA website.
Can you please confirm if balloting did take place for DHA town commercial Files?
I had intimation letter issued on 6/5/15 and understand it wont be included in balloting anyway but wanted to know if DHA Town Commercials were balloted?

MUST SEND EMAIL FOR PLOT ASSESSMENTS


Couple of guys on this page purposely postings repeated inquiries of very bad locations. They ask again and again for same very bad location and price assessment using mostly female names etc. There only purpose is for to scare all current genuine plot holders by telling them all people got only bad locations. Reality is only J block holders got hammered hard but even there more than 50% location are still safe to hold at pre ballot day cost 30 lacs of file at price 24 lacs last day pre ballot file price + maximum 5.5 lacs to be paid in next 3.5 years in installments . Very very few people purchased 5 marla at above 24 to 27 lacs price. Fewer than 50 transfers of 5 marla in DHA after 24 lacs price jump.

80% paid less than 18 lacs for 5 marla files. LRE clients mostly paid 12 to 18 lacs for their five marla.

I won't answer plot locations assessment and price assessment here any more. Dont have time to search between real owners and few non Prism 9 holders kids games. I am not wasting my very important time keep answering to few non serious non Prism plot holders.

Any original owner who want mine or LRE team honest opinion about their plot must send an email to us at Info@LREPK.Com so LRE can know you are a genuine plot holder that need our help in Prism 9 plots assessment.

You must understand I am 1000% happy to always help you but I cant keep answering to people who have nothing to do in DHA9 Prism. You hold your life time saving in plots you should be able to find extra 5 minutes time to email us at Info@LREPK.Com

Please give me your professional advice. I have been told by one of you colleague that infront of graveyard
there will be 17 shops which will hide the graveyard.

KB UK your plot is 100% safe. This is area is very prime. Even plots facing this C graveyard wont be effected at all. There are sector shop on most sides ( This was my personal suggestion to DHA Prism planners to have commercial 2 marla shops or 4 marla plots in front of Grave yards)
Even plots facing this grave yard will not be effected as there is huge gap between them and also road is a 60 feet.

Dear CMY Sahib.
I think, the time has comes to make every participant of this forum to be a RESPONSIBLE for what their word. There is NO such thing as "anonymous". Let's every genuine "users" be given a fair chance and "Abusers" must be kicked out (Sorry for my harsh words).

Please implement a user policy. I have strong conviction that this will not cause any road blocks to the traffic on this sate. Here are my 2 cents..

- Must registered his/her name.
- Email address is requited BUT this is not enough.
- Must provided a valid (local/International) phone number.
- Password must be sent to that PHONE NUMBER - ONLY.
- Either email id OR phone number must be published along with NAME, so that the person can take full responsibly of what he/she says.

You have no idea what PII is. no one should be allowed to publish your email/phone. That doesnt happen in any sensible place.

putting your name doesnt make your genuine user. Anonymous is someone who doesnt want to be known. What would happen if he puts your name instead of Anonymous? you dont even have basic knowledge on online user security & profiling (i work in that field).
Take your frustration out on something you have basic understanding of.
