location.

I am only human and do make mistakes. You could see in post plot number was not mentioned in reply.

Web site server was keep crashing so may have answered under wrong post

Need two weeks time for trustable price ranges

At this time we dont know actual numbers of buyers sellers in Prism 9

Any price ranges are useless for near future buying and selling

files in Sectors M and P. I believe the market price was around 57.5 lacs the night before balloting. Here is question: Will the newly establised prices be based on the assuption that the development charges ae paid? For exapmple, if sell my plot for 80 lac rupees, will the buyer pay the development charges or I? Thx.

We must post all
prices with development charges included. DHA for 1st 3 months will not transfer a plot without payment of if full development charges.

After 3 to 4 months DHA will allow Prism 9 to be transferred with just due instalments

So following is a rough math. So is there a chance that I can make more than 67 lacs per plot based on projected near future value? Or, these plot will be selling in the 67 to 70 lacs range:

M-1152 > last established file rate: 57 lacs + 20 lacs dev chanrges = 67 lacs
P-837 > last established file rate: 57 lacs + 20 lacs dev chanrges = 67 lacs

Sorry, wrong math. It should be 77 lacs each after paying dec charges. So what is the chance of making any money on top of that in the 6 month timeframe? Thx.

Couple of guys on this page purposely postings repeated inquiries of very bad locations. They ask for location and price assessment using female names etc

There only purpose is yi scare all current genuine plot holders.

I won't answer plot locations assessment in here anymore now. Dont have time to waist on thewe kids games.

Any original owner who want mine or LRE team honest opinion now must use LRE contact us form or email us at info@lrepk.com so LRE can know you are genuine plot holder in Prism 9

I am not waisting my very important time.


You must understand I am 1000% happy to help you cant keep answering to people who have nothing to do in DHA9 Prism

yes they do a woman who told me earlier that she have one plot , asked dozen of plot more than dozen of time .. when i wrote about it as warning people like jmn got angry on me .
