since no one is responding from CMY
team,i take this opportunity so CMY and their team members take some rest. i saw map for your plot J 2504. right now if u ask its not a good location as near to graveyard, boundary and villages etc. If u intend selling because of bad location in these days will not be a appropriate decision. Keep it for at least 3 years for following reasons in times to come:-
1. Ring Road (Main approach as entire traffic flow has to be cleared through this ring road for entire Phase 9 and subsequently Ph 10/11.
2. This will be connected to Ferozepur Road in times to come which by all means required.

4 to 5 years hold will inshaAllah give you 200% plus gain from todays
prices. No losses expected as only extreme need will nake any one sell these commercial before that 5 years

5 hours of hardship today.

visited all major societies , brands of southern side of lahore for friend's plot . still not clear however little info which i have .

his budget is around 115 maximum and want good location plot in reputed society including transfer etc tax charges .

the best societies i have seen there for residence .

1. abdalian
2.wapda town
3. pcsir

no plot in above range no matter of location .out of budget .

societies which are famous but we do not like for living
1.pcsir staff
2. iqbal avenue
3.nespak
4.punjab gov emp society
5. gulshn e lahore
6.punjab phase 2
7. tariq garden
8. airline
9. nasheman iqbal phase 2

societies which we like for living

1. nfc but out of budget for good located plot

2. valencia is good but few troubles there so excluded

3. iep sector b today a owner who was giving in 110 moved to 125 . a banner was there too lda cleared plots that were lda mortgage and praised sec b and a .

need help but do not want to compromise on good location of plot .

You need to go there and see it for yourself. With Ring Road will be going to be completed in next couple of years, You can even think of Sector F as well. Very affordable as we speak. If you want to wait...It is your call, If you missed the train, then with the same money you can not buy even 10 Marla in Lahore - Any where.

thanks guys but he did not consider , finally with last option plots under 90 available in uet housing society near nfc but it's not that classy as nfc and iep sector b is . but dealer told soon it will get access from college road bla bla .
