i,ve been advising all from 3 days to pls DONOT sell till feb 2016 , even if ur plot is in graveyard , factory or dullukallan OR you are getting more than u,ve paid (adding time value of that money too)

I am not disappointed in Phase 9. I am switching a few investments within phase 9 as I got two graveyard facing plots but I am switching them with new phase 9 plots probably something which isn't hyped up but has potential due to the Lrr. Anyway, good luck to everyone who got a plot. dha is dha. Your plots will be gold in 6-8 years even if the location isn't ideal.

And for the sharks. Do what you gotta do. I know your game.=)

Agreed with Ahmet, 8 years is best estimate. In 8 years this will be vibrant phase and by that time it will have possibly a revised map as well, Hope for the best.
My only reservation is access and I guess DHA is aware of this weakness and will work on that.

Facings LRR is not good for houses but not a worst category plot. Can hold it.

Hi there,

I am little confuse with this balloting result. it's showing 2 plots again one file number with different representation like this

9 /OL /006296/ 9P/H/000463 & 9 /OLO/006296/ 9P/A/000510


So which plot# is actually associated with this file# 6296. Please explain. I would appreciate it.

If u are civilian than go for ol and if u are frn army go for olo ...as far i figure it out

No Asad.... the code matters ..... OLO/006926 and OL/006926 are 2 different plots belonging to diff file numbers

For example, my file no was OLO/006465 ....... and its an avg plot location.. although i had bought from an army personnel..

Asim Bahi. In my above post I given my honest opinion in keeping the trend who invest or make home in DHA. If village is no problem for you then it will be the best for owner of this plot, but no body will give a good price or would love to invest here. Any body can get a plot in that village half of this plot then why people don't go in that village. For me village is no problem at all, a lot of love and respect to all the villagers. Good luck.
