The map shows C-748 as third from corner and you are probably reading 146 as 148.

In my humble opinion J Section is the best for 5 Marla due best access from LRR. I am sure the
prices will show this.

I agree, it is one of the few phases who will enjoy direct access to LRR

Rizwan Bhai, honestly speaking sector J is the worse sector in all sectors in 9. Only upper portion near Kamah having more plots are at better
location otherwise whole sector J is ZIG ZAG and RR will not be helpful for all sector as isolated. Really I m not dis hearting those 100s plot holders but eventually it is fact as very bad location at all. I m not comparing this sector with others having 1 k plots but only comparing with other 5m community sectors like R & K having 5 marlas more plot there. Wishing good luck for J plot holders but please don't through your plots at cheap in a panic. I did not see any sector in entire DHA from phase 1 to 9 that complete sector like this. Almost whole sector is parallel to RR due to this Air as well as noise pollution is an other disadvantage to J.I m sorry if any body feels not good about my comments. regards

@Jamal: R1036 is isolated at this time and is not consider as good. in future If all nearby land occupied by DHA then ok otherwise not a good plot. sorry

I think J block has great potential.Reason being access to ferozpur road and ring road.Its quite near to phase 4 and can make direct connection with it.If every society is gauning due to ring road why this sector should go down.No way.Slight disadvantage is its zig zag but thats a small thing.It will take sime time but patience is the key.Things will get absolutely clear in a month time.Best of luck for J block plot holders.

I am totally agreed with ZM, SAM and Sabih that Sector J Got a great future coze of LRR and ferozepur road. i have spoken too many agents regarding Sector J. Most of the agents said it got a bright future. But one thing i can asses which it would develop in the last. This is my assesment. Allah knows better. Best of luck Sector J

Phase H

Looks like Phase H is the biggest with only 1 kanal plots (highest no), it seems the only square shape well planned phase with 6 parks and next to ring road, I believe it will serve as a main entry point for few phases.. please post your comments on the analysis

It is not a good
location due to next to boundary. However F block is one of the best blocks due to LRR direct access that makes this plot as average as compared to many other blocks.
