L 9 is close to school too much hassle on the road . Avg plot q 498 extra land charges both avg plots.

PH9 analysis

CMY below is for you, please check:
1 Kanal analysis - Balloting details - not block size:
The biggest block - H - total 1686 plots
Second biggest block - N - total 1293 plots
Third biggest block - L - total 997 plots
C,B,Q ~ 950 plots each block
Smallest block G total 44 plots allotted
RESULT: R, E, F, D, A & G are not fully balloted, these blocks are big with each ~ 900 residential plots while balloting is done for upto 250 plots only (for G block only 44 plots).
It is very very very interesting that best blocks like A, D & F were not fully balloted (only 25% balloted) and remaining DHA has kept (something Fishy). It is a big betrayal for ph9 file holders

in A block only 181 plots got balloted, 24 army officers and 157 civilans. almost 950 plots were not balloted

MNM my explanation now after doing this analysis is not at all good. almost all bad locations are allotted in this first balloting (may be only 10% good location balloted). It seems that balloting software did not get input for all the plots.
It also means that ph-9 balloting will continue now for couple of years and then development will start that might complete in 10 years time from now.

@Saima: your plot 1743 R is good when you compare it with 5m categories plots only. we can not compare it with the
location of 1 k obviously. so to my extend it is good as near to DHA Town as well. good luck.
