I came to know that my both one kanal plots C-869 and B-409 are in very bad location. If that is true, what you advice.

Dear CMY ,
I yesterday sent Mithai to LRE office and remembered you in good spirit . Both my plots are in good location . Prism-9:
Especially L-9 in front of 150 ft road facing Park .
I am an investor and got an offer of 80 ( not including development charges ) for this plot . Should I sell or keep . My mind is to sell it in 90 .

Don't sell any anything in haste. Follow simple economics principle supply and demand. If every body will take his plot in the market, means more supply less demand and eventually less price

Don't sell it ...it is an excellent
location plot, to my view...just close to Civic Zone 2....150 ft road, facing park....what else do you want....It will turn to semi-commercial when phase 9 is developed.....hold it for longggggggggggg

J block has alot of roam to grow due to direct access to ring road, good place for living

@Osama: as per my opinion Sector J will be the last one which will be developed and handover due to other side of RR. May be I wrong. for rates we have to wait few days.

5 marla can never be better than this
location with such great access. Probably best access to 5 marla ever in anywhere in Lahore
