ur plot for this allocation L-1059 is a corner plot MashALLAH and its also between many other plot (not near boundary) and not far from park , it might have lil extra land too , so i,ll rate is very gud location

LRE told me that if file exist both in OL and OLO than find ur plot in OL section only

if an olo file given to civilian , it naturally becomes ol .olo belongs to a service man and their balloting held in ghq , but these no do not have any edge . simple funda of danda .

R-2712 is facing kohinoor factory , so its bad location
R-1806 is also bad location as its near to open land / may be village on hadiara drain
just pray that DHA acquires more land with R block and drain is covered in future else both these 2 plots are not gud to hold for more than a year

Both are below average due to Nallah about 100 meters, 10 merla is even nearer and very Close to Factory and Closed road.

I think other 2 file was affidavit file and dha people say I need 2 pick the full file after 45 days.all I have is intimation letter..they says in letter allocation letter issued to u after 45 days.

Allocation letter would have been issued for ur affidavit files (if u purchased before 20th march 15) and files would have been balloted , pls email LRE at info@LREPK.com
surely they can get u u,r allotment numbers and plot numbers.

Corner and close to 50 Kanal park and main road are positive points
Thanks to GOD buller village on back is 5 plots away hence wont affect u much , plot is not properly shaped and u,ll have to pay for extra land in it
overall good location

JV is join venture and this land may be used for Hotel or shopping centre
DHA haly tower is an example of JV
but nothing to be afraid off , whatever it will be it will be good

Slam to all i have 2 kanal plots in phase 9 first plot is 109 rblock and second one 527 k block plz enlighten me whether i should hold them or sell after one year secondly are they good plot location wise or worst regards

Both 527-K (near to comfort factory) and 109 R block are average location , just pray that DHA acquire more land around R block and it gets connected to 9-Town and bedian road , which will make it very good.

MuZamia Bhai has misread and provided Rico on k-74. L-74 is farther away from k sector and plot 74 is quite exquisite location. It should be a keeper.
