Dear ,I was also told by some reliable persons about metrobus expansion from gujumata to sue asel. If does so then would be huge price increase in societies on ferozpur road like bahria nasheman ,central park etc. If anyone expert has this kind of information,please share on this forum.

gud point is that its on 80 feet road and not touching any bad thing.
although buller village and graveyard are behind , which makes it below average

C-781 : nice location , in between many plots , nothing bad in it so keep it for 3 years
N - 121 is near village and drain , sell on 1st good offer after few months
D-422 is excellent location , facing park and near golf course , HOLD it for 5-7 years

Plot # C-781 a bit Below average Due to Close Graveyard and Overall Block C is not high due to village
Plot # N-121 below average gain same thing near Pocket and Village and also near Nallah
Plot # D-422 Good location for sale Point of View as it is facing park 1st 2 you will have to sell to get better Locations

yes water tanky etc will have some bad effect but park is behind that tank hence that is neutralized.

its a corner plot and non-boundary , so i,ll rate it GOOD
although this pocket of Q block lies inside niaz nagar and private land but still ur location is good

comfort factory and k block
my plot located well in k block Alhamdulliah , comfort factory have beautiful lawns too and good boundary and some good pvt land their too which dha can own, do not worry about comfort factory if someone is near to it , my pick up sector for 5 marla is k, ring road interchange will be near to it.

i was wearing banyan and first time i noticed i always feel comfortable in comfort banyans . so jisy love kro woh pass to ata he hai
