So muzamil bhai.i can hold that plot?thanks for ur help.muzamil bhai actually u r the one who let me know yesterday about my plot number.thanks.muzamil bhai I have 2 more file but not have allocution number.just have intimation Iitter.how can I kno about my plot.iam in uk never have chance 2 pick my file from dha.can u pls advise?

abt the other two files , did u get sellers allocation letters copy when purchasing?
allotment number remains same after the sale/purchase.
else contact LRE , they can get ur allotment numnbers from DHA office,

I think other 2 file was affidavit file and dha people say I need 2 pick the full file after 45 days.all I have is intimation letter..they says in letter allocation letter issued to u after 45 days.

its boundary located plot , very close to ring road though and parking in front
dont know wat is animal research centre on the back but sorry its bad location overall being on boundary

It is Good corner though this area of Block is Not impressive as access is Only Backward, so over all price will be average here

i opened dha maps and from satellite view saw every bit of phase 9 , no need to worry just saw all other societies , its dha not township do not worry about factories , dha minds good in fixing many things like our politicians , dha is really big u it take minutes to go from one block to other on map :P please all of u concernd about location use google maps satellite view beside corners of j block everything is fine as i visited this place month ago too.

R block ki location baaki 5 Marla say better hay...no village..not much factories...and this area is plain area..can be developed with ease...and yes it will be extended ...and there is an opening for r block to move towards bedian road...if you see in the map...anyways don't underestimate this block....

After reading so many comments that Army walay achay plots lay uray etc, Here I would like to clarify one thing being part of family of Army Back Ground i asked my 4x Fouji cousins who were anxiously waiting for the balloting, none of them got any good location plot even one got in front of grave yard. I myself applied as Civilian and ALHAMDOLILAH allocated plot on 150 feet road in Sector D. so my humble request please dont blame just research and ask your friends in Army about balloting they will tell you how transparent balloting was...infact to my understanding only 5% plots are good location and every can not get a good location....just trust ALLAH NO ONE CAN TAKE AWAY RIZK ALLOCATED TO YOU BY ALMIGHTY...TC

Future of Kanal and 10 Marla Plots
Seeing the living styles in other countries, Pakistani kanal and bigger homes are heaven. I am 100% sure that if taxation is done properly and forcibly, people will have to pay heavy taxes and then nobody would like to live in kanal and bigger homes because of heavy taxation. These kanal luxuries will vanish as soon as some tough government comes to power and starts collecting tax properly.

The future belongs to smaller homes. That is why 5 and 10 marla are in high numbers for first time in DHA.

Thanks Muzammil sb .. i was thought OLO files were coming out at good locations but guess i was not so lucky. Thought this factory was in N block .. Just one more question is it facing or closer to nala/drainage ??

R 2710 is dead-end plot , facing kohinoor factory , very bad location sorry
sell it in jan-feb 2016 when development work start (or if get a better offer before that)
