Dear CMY.
I got a 4 m commercial plot near 112 in Oval complex. Please comment about the location of this plot. I understood from an earlier post of yours that a commercial plot near the polo club is not really desired. Is that so. Please guide me openly. I always trust your views.

I feel Oval Complex will turn out to be the best commercial area in Phase 9. Its different and a new concept and very centrally located among four best sectors of phase 9

Due to largest ever phase of DHA Lahore and due extremely high numbers of inquiries here to know valuation and further course of action questions I have formed a 5 member team that will check each of your plot on map and recommend if your location is worst bad good or best. After 1 week from today when enough buyer sellers can be seen in market this team will also be including estimated current price information. During this week I will write a very detailed post about Prism 9 good bad areas and points why to buy and why to sell and where to buy where to sell. For now my hands are not helping me for that lengthy posts. Just too much pain from non stop typing. At one point last night my right had refused to move even half inch and I had to type with left hand. Need to give a day or two break to my hands. Thumb and fingers nerves are aggravated badly.


I also need to fix loading errors in DHA Prism map file that also need some time. Fast loading readable Prism map at LahoreRealestate.com is a must needed for my this very important that will focus on each inch of Prism 9.

My apology to each visitor for slow loading or not loading of website during. We have never seen so much traffic before. Our website was in top 90% for fast loading before ballot. But now our own server in Chicago USA could not keep up with load. In next month or two we will upgrade our web server. Dont want to mess up things at this critical for changing server right now.

Being outside the Pakistan, I have not collected the allocation letter, how to get the allocation number to check the ballot result, please advise. I already sent mail to DHA last week to advise number but no response.

Thank you for your great efforts. May I recommend you to use an ergonomic keyboard which is specifically designed to reduce muscle strains. It will not kill the pain but wull help immensly!
