@ Umer M 610 is an ok plot, not great but average, on 80 ft road equi distant from Anmol and the village. Far enough from the drain. I'd say keep it, unless you want to pay extra and swap for a better plot.

Dear Funny,

May I request you to hold your comments on the integrity of the ballot by the DHA. I am an old investor of DHA and have been allotted best and worst plots in ballots.

I am 101% sure that the ballot was very fair.

Other thing that you should keep in mind is that DHA is welfare scheme for Defense Personnel, the Army authorities decide priorities.

I hope you will understand my humble request.

Thanks for generousness, I am not upset - it was a bit of concern.

Don't bother about locations now, I am sure there will be changes in the map - that may benefit you. Do remember getting plot in the ballot was your luck but keeping is your choice.

Ali Jafri Sb:- very strange comment that noise and pollution due to ring road. Then why 150 ft road make a plot location very good. Why a facing park where whole the day children ply and make noise. Unable to understand. In bahria town lahore dealers were highlighting Eand F sectors by saying they will be very close to ring road.

@Sahr. 1 K plot H 1112 near ring road is not good due to the following reasons such as.
Due to heavy traffic at RR, there will be noise pollution as well as air pollution. so me will not prefer for myself to have house there. Every year I may be need to have paint renewal as well. but some people may like due to RR name. what to do with RR? plots inside but have good access to entry and exit points will be good. I m not disappointing any one but sharing my own feeling as all we know pollution had very bad effets to our real life so to be avoided as possible. but also don't be panic to sale on my view. your own analysis and like and dislike matters. good luck and regards.

IbrahimDXB ring road will have a very positive effect on the plot prices, this part of the ring road will not be over crowded, overall I see being close to the ring road is an added advantage

Investor bhai, RR will also have noise and air pollution which will effect badly to nearly houses. calm environment is always better as my feeling you like RR is fine for your choice but not for me. thanks

@Amjed. My humble suggestion is to wait a while before investing in Phase 9.
If you have to invest right away, there are much much better opportunities elsewhere. I normally do not advice but looking at this forum today, my suggestion is to please wait for a while.
