AA N 724 is an OK good plot. Near park and main road and oval complex. Not tooo near HAdiara drain. I'd say keep it and close your eyes and dont sell for the next 4-5 years until after possession at least. You were luckier than I my friend ;)

For 5 Marla plots SectorJ is the best from many points of view; facilities of dha in low cost, near to ring road, approach out any where and lastly 5 m plots at the boundary of dha have 1 M etc. Good luck. Imi

Buddy one nice option would be NFC 2 you can get a 10 Marla there for that range and a 1 kanal if you put in some more. Rest depends on Phase 9 prices after the ballot if you can buy something there in that range 20+ for say a 5 marla then nothing better but you would have to wait for at least 4 -5 years NOT 2, Phase 9 is a long term investment till at least possession time.

IbrahimDxb brother please give your evaluation comments regarding my plot Phase 9 P 980 plot, its a corner.



I get the feeling that the area near it will be taken over by DHA via fresh files fairly quickly as I checked on google maps and its all open area till the drain, no villages etc. Plus the shape of P Block cutting towards the bottom and east is quite strange with some other plots in pockets which probably indicates that DHA is in process of acquiring the adjoining open areas. What say you?

AJ Bhai, P980 even this is a corner but near a factory which seems less having chances to be acquired by DHA. but don't sell in panic and wait to see the market trend and if some good offer then don't delay to avail and relocate at earliest. CMY can better evaluate in price as well as location point of view. plz don't act only on my evaluation. If me in your place will try to relocate but not immediately. thanks

Thank you Ibrahim bhai, nobody was responding to me :) Actually on google maps the factory is much farther south with agriculture land in between and until the hadiara drain. Anyway I'll keep your comments in mind.Thanks.

Munawar, this is also an okay plot. LRR near as you will be able to see in the map. You need to wait and see how it develops.

@MuhammadMunawar sorry bro looks like you got the short end of the stick. Boundary plot very near hadiara drain near grid station too. I would recommend selling it asap and replacing with a better plot after putting in a little extra. Rest ALLAH knows better.
