It is panic situation specifically for some investors. But if we look on overall property
prices in Lahore how could be loser in DHA.
It is just bussiness tricks and economics law.
In coming few months those will sale there property without waiting for stability in market will be loser.
If u look on map every block has unique qualities and should be considered as potential investment.
I think this market picture and conditions will not clear until next year.
