Good plot ...only issue is water over hand tank in front

Could've been a good plot if it wasnt for the water tank in front. I'd say keep it for a year before selling. You will earn 20% minimum.

In my opinion it is a good location, close to LRR and close street.

It is not very good location ...you can say average location due to 3 reasons

1 - Mosque (Parking issue)
2 - Plot size is not square
3 - Back against village

Good point is that it is near park

@ABV. R741 is not good location due to farm house in front and nearby village. It is better to relocate some where else with adding some amount.

@Mumtaz. F1466 is at bad location due boundrry of a village.

At the moment, average location. Good because close to 150' road. Bad because too close to the village.
