1359 is on a good
location ...from corner it is 4th plot...and 50 meters away from Park....i think you can hold this for sometime..

1359 hold able , 2710 will not give u good gain because its at boundary and Kohinoor mill behind , better add few bucks if u r luxurious and move at better
location or even u can keep but don't expect quick sale and good amount as much 1359 can give .

haroon its on 120 ft road , ok to keep it even in front of school , road is big enough to counter few negative points.

So many Q being asked .... I think if u see the map to great extent u can yourself evaluate your sector and plot. If u see map Sectors close to DHA 9 Town, phase 5 and Askari XI, Should get developed 1st and will be closer the ares where possession / construction activity will start first. Than sectors close to Theme Park , Golf Course and other Such like facilities r equally attractive than is closeness to a village or some thing like that and how far the sector is from main entrances or hub of the activities like main commercial areas. Within sector than u hav to see
location of plot which is if at start of sector near to main road or close to some dead end or on close grave yard etc . Than is it on or close bad patch of ground that is Nullah etc but surely DHA would take care of it, More important is location of sector and than plot. Totally Personal views not some expert opinion.

thats why..in case of 5 Marla...Sector R will gain more and quickly as compared to others 5 Marla...and people are taking it low...dont know why..do study this R block closely..

R block is not bad at all due to proximity of DHA Town. By the time development is done there will be house all around ...

Good night all friends. After less than 3 hours sleep last night I am unable to stay awake anymore. At again 3.54 am in Chicago right now.After all day of typing I still have 187 emails to ccheck and forward. 1000 plots numbers still pending to be sent. Was a good day so kepts going. But eyes not staying open any more. Will try to send you plot nis again.
