Salam 2 all,
i am out side of Pakistan, i want to write a cheque of 2500000. noramly in UAE we write in English ( two million and five hundred thousand) however some 1 said to me in pakistan we write this figure in lakhs eg. 25 laks . can you tell me what is the official way ?

dear its not necessary u can write any thing like
a. twenty five hundrad thousand only
b. two million and five hundrad thousand only
c. twenty five lacs only
All of the abve froms are acceptable

one hundred thousand, one million are international numbers system while lacs, ten lacs or carore or indian/Pakistani system of numbers.

For clarity I have worst plot (from market standards)--- near graveyard in E......

A lot better than nothing though so it's alright.

Please guide me where can I find R, J and K blocks for 5 marla. I cannot find them in the map you have shared. It is too blurry. Spoke to Adil Saeed and he told me that my plots are
