Uzma...appears to be...not a very good
location....surrounded by villages on two sides and Proposed Graveyard on third side...plus point..its Corner....but in my humble opinion....this 'PLUS' point is overtaken by surroundings i.e. villages and Graveyard...not to be disappointed plz...may be in Development Phase when these villages are taken out...its location will improve inshaAllah...wish u best of luck anyway...

Congratulations & Few Important Considerations

Dear Friends

Congratulations to all of you who got good, bad or worst plots in balloting.

1)Remember: "Pareshani Haalat say Nahi Khaylaat say hotee hai"

2)Don't worry about bad or worst locations....at this initial stage. When the development starts ...scenario will change.Remember it has a boundary wall and villages don't affect that much. Secondly, few plots looks odd location wise on the ground but on spot they are fine.

3) The Prism will take time to get stable, if you are planning to make a house than be happy that you got a plot in DHA. Think about millions who can't even they have resources.

4)If you are an investor than monitor market conditions and remember we will get a boom as we are passing through a correction phase and slight slump. The next expected boom will be in 2017 or 2018 INSHALLAH. You will gain huge 50 % minimum.

5)There will be huge trade(buying and selling) in coming next six months. Therefore, prices will fluctuate.

6) Remember, the demographics trends are more individual living (couples, not a joint family system). There will be a huge demand from different segments for 5 marla and 10 marla. The canal is oversupply so prices may not gain as propotional to 5 marla and 10 marla.

7) I need roughly 40 lac to build 5 marla, 70 lac to build 10 marla and 110-120 to build kanal now a days, just imagine that after 7 years ..5 marla will be 70 lac , 10 marla will be 110-120 and 1 kanal will be 160-plus. Therfore, 5 marla and 10 will gain constantly.

8) everyone is a winner and gain with the passage of time. The timely decisions always get better results, look into your situation and then decide what you want to do with Prism.

9)IN sum, You will have a rainbow from this prism which will have colors of happiness, fun, security, wealth, status, and your "Apna Ghar APNI JANNAT"

agree with you juts wait for may be Mini Ballot or may be in real there will be fast track development as promised...so just lets wait and see..and look govt has all his plans to cover up all the Nallah in Lahore.as they did in LOS.and DHA will surely think over it for covering the Rohi Nallah...and keep remeber on the Nallah..there is an alignment for Lahore Sialkot Motorway...and there is an interchange near the R Block......and i think DHA will start is Development from this Bloack as this block is very near to already Developed area...
so just we have to wait..

Aoa , would agree with your version , but there should also be some on ground realities we have to face .first of all its the largest project done by dha with around 40000 kanal land .and we know bigger the project more better planning and execution needed which is clearly missing in map if u sees it very closely .if you have around 16 to 20 blocks then u needs at least 6 to 8 main arteries to join the two main Boulevards for easy access to all parts of one society.my second problem is that there r way too many pockets and with this kind of investment we r not getting a good view from our homes , either 5 marla or Kanal plots ..the third point is that with around 16000 plots announced so far hardly 1200 or little more r having satisfied views of their plots.when u spend that kind of money with a future huge gains as u mentioned in your post, then you really needs the best to gain the most , not just ordinary
location like most of dha 9 have in the map.as u mentioned the single family owners in coming future , then u know that they r much more smarter then investors because they r the ones who faces all the issues I mentioned above..over all with such big land available in hands , dha planning and development department could do much better job.for me as a civil engineer , it's a job done in haste ..I could be totally wrong but personally I strongly believe that few major changes needs to be done in next 3 to 5 years to make this scheme successful. .all the best for new owners and dha .

AOA,Thanks for your good comments but on the other hand be a realistic.DHA should take 8 to 9 years,then we will be able to move in 9 prism because it is very big project and still DHA have a lot of work to be done in phase 7 and 8.with the passage of time it will be good investment except near villages.DHA is making more and more phases that's why their quality is going down.

Actually i have file number 9/ol/013056 and i have been allocated plot number k 1906 according to dha web reresults. kindly give a minute to this question. My name is dr anjum and i am in saudia. I have no other source to solve this issue if it is really like this

Dear ....need not to worry as there are no two allotments ....people tend to hide their own plot nos (reasons unknown) and give plots right or left or even opposite to get an idea of thier owm plot so.... chill as DHA is the safest in this regard

Hi, DHA has announced possession for DHA town. What about the balloting of DHA town files for land owners.
