Other side of LRR is not good and catchy location so far.

My plot is also closer to this plot. It looks closer to LRR interchange and Ferozepur road is not too far away. I personally like the location and specially when it is in a DHA phase.

I am planning to build a house there whenever possible but will try to exchange it with a 10M plot if I get one in a reasonable price.

BEST SECTOR IN PHASE IX
Best sector in phase 9 is Sector B. Check the access and location and also some are is excluded by DHA. Access to LRR, Phase 9, one side is Askari XI close to shuhda town.
So hold your plots for big gains as it will be developed earlier as it links phase 9 to phase 5.

OLO is when it is allocated to army officer. later DHA converts it to OL once civilians buy it. OLO and OL are roughly same

Best in terms of approach, proximity of DHA town And Askari and no village.

Best as it may be developed very early.

Bad as it is bit narrow and there is no entertainment and commercial areas around.

Good for those who wanna make home and Live in a peaceful surrounding

Dear CMY, LRE and other respected member,

My last post was lost in the sand as nobody replied

I want to know if plot between 590 to 599 in M block is in VERY GOOD, GOOD, BAD or WORST Category...

Its on 80 feet road...5/6 plots away from play ground...direct approach to 150 feet main road...with 5 minutes drive to main park and 5 minutes drive to polo ground, shopping mall.

Please guide.... :h :h

Hi. Well my plot is M-786, which is many rows below yours. The only issue that I see is that a large chunk of sector M is sandwiched between Anmol Housing and Gov't Employee Housing. This is still better than being sandwiched between villages. Secondly, Phase 9 is so huge that on the map, sector M appears to be at the fag end of the phase.

if you love some hustle and bustle arround then it is Good location .
If you're peace and pin drop silence supporter then it is somehow bad ..
but as a investor of view it is Very Good location for future Trading

but M block on the map still looks much better than H, K and L sector. so I guess M block would gain more than these block.. having other housing societies around is not a bad option especially when we will have a boundary wall...
