Please evaluate 1466-F and 140 - N.

1466 - F is a boundary plot but I am not sure what is one the other side of the boundary.

140 - N is on the main 150' road leading to the Oval Complex but it is right next to the village and close to the nala.

BEST SECTOR IN PHASE IX

Best sector in phase 9 is Sector B. Check the access and location and also some are is excluded by DHA. Access to LRR, Phase 9, one side is Askari XI close to shuhda town.
So hold your plots for big gains as it will be developed earlier as it links phase 9 to phase 5.

Yes i agree and in my point of view following would be the priority of top blocks

Reason is accessability, close to already developed Shuhada Town, Askari, main features like theme park and comm areas
Rest Allah knows better

Exactly.. Thats my question.. what is the future of excluded area.. in another map it is marked as undeveloped area.. although it is inside boundary wall of Ph 9

Balloting os not done for complete i rhink rhis excluded part will cover the balance balloting which will be in next 6 months time

Land is retained by DHA for future use.As it is at the superb
location. Access to other phases and Airport is through this way. So whoever has plot in Sector B he must feel lucky and hold it as it will give you gud return

Location very near Nallah and Pocket and closed street
Only plus Point is exit which is any way near Nallah

5 M 9P Affidavit

I got my 5 marla phase 9 file and received my Affidavit letter only and then left pakistan for Dallas. Is my plot included and can i find out its plot number or location. Can someone help me..
