Dear Experts
1. What will be the main access for B-Block Upper Portion?
2.And How much Development charges for 1 kanal Plot in B-Block? DHA has notify OR not?

Area excluded in sector B that cut sector in two half (upper and lower) is proposed
location of M block Formanites.Until dha not buy this land there are only small roads like kamahan road to connect Sector B upper to other places or might be from inside askari 11.
By buying this land both side of 120 ROW will connect to each other then it will be a huge gain.

Lower Secter B will gain instantly when it link to Ring road.

There is an Entry from Askari into Upper B. There is also a road linking upper B with DHA phase 5 M block to LRR.

Look at DHA boundary .If the area is out then it is not acquired . DHA cannot show any area part of DHA without taking its possession. That is law. See it yourself and decide. Upper B block already has an access to LRR via askari and Phase M.

location it is marked as Extension of Formanites.
Authentic or not Have no idea. But I guess if already purchased by DHA then it will be marked as Reserve Area instead of Excluded area.

Jmn ,i have nothing to benefit or loose from your plot. I am telling you the true worth of your plot which many people will try to minimize with fears and doubts. B Block is strategically best approach wise and proximity of Askari is ..soney per suhaga..

Reserve areas are those which DHA want to keep as it. Excluded areas are those that needs to town planned at later phases. As i said DHA cannot show it as part of DHA if not acquired. People will sue them the very next day.

Upper Block has no issue. Already an access to LRR via askari and phase 5M. Its lower B and rest of Phase 9 that depends on this approach. As i said DHA marks its boundary only around its land. It cannot do so against any land due to law.

Look at Map again and you can see they have removed 2 house from DHA boudary because they cannot do so by law. I will be first one to sue them if they do it with my plot or society.

For LRR one will have to go to Phase 6 Interchange and the service road it there already. Askari is also using that service road.

Underpass will be to go to old Phase 5

location. Once the Phase 5M pocession is given you will see the prices here. Who does not want to live near Askari and Phase 5. Insha Allah you will witness that.

Road closed is not an issue. Value is that you are close to old DHA blocks which are already developed and established. Real value is that.

For excluded area i already mentioned that DHA will do its town planning later so donot assume that some xyz society will come there and build house. It is clean area with no villlage and DHA will plan it later. They may build some park or Open Air Cinema which was promised by DHA in their advertisements.

You can see the area between formanites and shuhuda town is clear and part of phase 9. This map is published by formanite administration themselves and should clear any doubts created by Mister Info for the reasons i donot know.

Read my earlier post. I ve studied the Maps of 9B 5M and old phase 5 in detail and I conclude that the road to the north of 9B will pass through East of 5M and through an underpass will connect to old phase 5 at a major roundabout. This will connect Phase 9 to rest of phases 1-5

Did DHA promised to clear every village? How come you are betrayed?Villages are part of every society. It is law that you cannot move people away by force. You will find these villages in wapda town ,vallencia , dha all phases etc etc etc. Learn to live with these

sehar please take care of ethics, all DHA phases include villages, its not just phase 9. For factories, what DHA can do with existing factories. If you are owner of a factory will you sell it to DHA and let it be destroyed to give some plots to file holders?

Location was clear to everyone. Why you are surprised today? Yes few blocks will be effected by factories and DHA should avoid going near them but dont say that you are betrayed because you were closing your eyes.

dha phase 9 map was released on may 15th, how come common people could know about phase 9
location in advance. Common people had to trust their dealers or LRE. Comments from Shahzad & Mahmud are of typical one that we hear from all small businiees people in Pakistan- "saada ke qasoor, cheez daikh ke khareedni se na." Big masses of people trusted CMY & he never ever mentioned faults & draw backs of this phase openly.

CMY was the biggest supporter of this phase and was encouraging people to invest here. Those who think that CMY is really a reliable and a big name in DHA, accepted his advice and invested there. But this is all useless. Small villages within blocks are acceptable to some extent, but factories, are really not acceptable. Hopeless...

I was of the opinion from the beginning that CMY has some his own big investment in phase 9 or some interest. He was so openly trying to convince people that it was evident that there is some personal interest involved in it. He was even advising people to sell phase 7 (on ground plots with construction activity already started) and buy phase 9. People like me are really affected.

Agree with KH. It's in ethics: tell the good and bad points equally. How many were told these. You can decide for yourself.

Also to me plot in village is not acceptable. And don't make me feel bad that somehow that equates to hating villagers. My father was and is a villager but I did not invest to get a plot in a village. Each phase is affected by one or another issue. Agreed the usual excuses now.

PS hold bad plots though. Don't go in panic selling. It will hurt us all.

There is no option but to live with villages......You can try Islamabad if you want clean sectors not in Lahore. Even in islamabad there is a chance that you end up facing a katchi abadi.

This is not hidden information. All DHA phases have and will have villages. There is one big village in smal DHA EME and many around.

Well seeing this terrible unfolding of phase 9 , I would like to ask all the dealers and so called property experts (phenomenon only available in Pakistan), would you pay 25 plus development charges 5 to 7 lakh for a plot in yohanabad or other village or in front of a factory or acid nala with your open eyes and hard earned money? Omer you are right. DHA in investors ke sath bohat bara hath kiya hey. There are many draw backs of phase 9, villages, factories, nala, other pockets, etc, etc. The most sufferers will be the small investors, who bought
files of 5 or 10 marla plots.

By the way, where is Mr. CMY, he is not even replying to any mails. He was one of the major supporter and narrator of phase 9. LogoN ke million ruppes dubo ker, he has disappeared. Very bad.

location phase 7 10 marla plot. I might hold on to my 10 marla plot. I honestly think phase 7 on ground good locations plots are way better option than phase 9.
